Was this organized by the Sri Lankan embassy in Washington ??
I just noticed the USA and Srilankan flag display at the back.
According to the USA flag code, USA flag should be on the left and then the flag of the other country (on the right ). So this is a violation. Authorities are very strict about it
I prosume embassy should have known that better.
