I have long hair too and wash it twice a week. I bought shower caps off Amazon and my hair isn’t as frizzy and it lasts longer wearing the cap while body showering.

I swear by shower caps too (short but scalp bleached, so it needs to be babied). It’s good for keeping a hair mask on too
