Pilates Reformer Workout + BOX | Int / Advanced Level | 40 Min | INNER THIGHS, ABS, GLUTES & More!

- Have your reformer box handy for today's fun and challenging Intermediate/Advanced level Pilates Reformer workout! We'll start off with some standing side splits for a dynamic warm up then move onto some unique inner thigh, ab and arm work series with the straps. Then we'll throw on the box to get in some favorite variations on semi-circles, planks, lunges and back splits. I hope you have as much fun doing it as I had filming it for you!
*Please be experienced and comfortable with standing work on a moving reformer carriage before attempting this workout.

Could you do a video on reformer with exercises that don’t go into flexión of lower back? I have spondylolisthesis and have to be really careful not to aggravate the lower back. Many Thanks🙏🏻
