Also normal in germany. Grew up on a farm and we always had and have our own eggs. Some don't like it, some does. My husband gets crazy if there is a bit of raw egg anywere. I do love to mix in some fresh herbs and seasoning in the beaten egg add some dry bread crumbs and munch it right away.

Woah I love those little icecream strawberry roll thingys there super good, sadly there to expensive but, atleast I know there are way cheaper ways in making them. I only know one that is super cheap.
All you need is....
1) a block of dry ice.
2) ziplock bag.
3) strawberrys.
4) knife or hammer.
5) sugar and milk.
6) spatular
Then what you got to do is, place the dry ice on a counter or tray, then leave it on there for a few minutes, after you place the strawberrys in the ziplock bag, get a hammer or knife then smash the heck out of it, then put a bit of some milk and sugar in, also remeber to take off the dry ice on your counter or tray, then place the strawberry mixture on the cold surface, finally after a few seconds you get your spatular then you stick a bit of the spatular under the mixture then form it into a roll just like Minori did and ENJOY!! :D
or you can do the same thing that Minori did -3-

Fyi, eggs in Japan are typically pasteurized which means the bacteria is killed. If you can buy pasteurized eggs where you are, you can do the recipes with raw eggs.

食べられないわけではないんじゃないかな、？？日本では生卵も慣れてるけど外国人は生で食べたこともないし食べても美味しく感じないからオススメしないよって事だと思うよ！！

海外では生で食べる前提で作られてないので
なので食べ慣れた日本人でも海外の卵は加熱してから食べた方がいいかと
卵はサルモネラ菌っていう食中毒を引き起こす菌が入っているから出来るだけ加熱したほうがいいよ。

Me and my friends went to this place called Roll it Up and it was an Asian rolled ice cream place and it was paint themed. They served the ice cream in paper cups that were painted to look like paint water cups and liquid nitrogen cheese puffs on paint pallets and the sauces were in the little paint bits on the pallets, it was so good.

I've been eyeing this machine for months and was on the fence about getting it. I just might now. Always seen them use heavy cream and sweetened milk but i suspect that you get a smoother roll with your recipe due to the extra fat from the yolks. When ever i get mine i may try gently heating it up for a minute then let it cool down and try it.
