Banff is probably the most beautiful park in North America. I think it should be on everyone's bucket list. And yes, the thumbnail is Lake Moraine. Thanks for your comment.

Hi, my husband and I area enjoying your videos. We live in the Chicago area but plan on retiring in Florida in a few years. We will be taking our first trip to Yellowstone this September...can't wait! Can I ask you...would you be able to tell us where you stopped? I loved seeing the "German" looking village you stopped for lunch and those beautiful waterfalls but it didn't say where you were. Labeling where you stopped would be so helpful. Someday we plan to take a similar trip. There are so many places you stopped and we say..."Where is that...so beautiful!" Thanks for sharing your adventures!

Hi Kimberly, thanks so much for stopping by and your nice comments. At a very high level, the ”German” looking place was Solvang, CA., right after that we had lunch in Monterey, CA at the pier. The first water fall was in Yosemite NP at around 5:30 on the video. If you notice carefully, I use pictures of road signs, park signs, city signs, etc., to indicate where I am at the time. However, I don’t mark my videos but am always more than happy to tell anyone in great detail each step of the way. I would be more than happy to send you a detailed email with every stop, distance between, days at each, total trip days, total distance, etc. Just give me your email address. Better yet, since you RV, you might be using “RV Trip Wizard” to plan your trips. In that case, I can send you the total trip overlaid on a map like you saw at the very beginning of my video. Once again, thanks so much for your great comments and your interest in my video. If you have any further questions just give me the time mark on the video so I can answer any question about the location I was filming.
      Enjoy Yellwstone!

wow, fantastic! I love Banff too! (It's in my backyard! I live in Calgary so we get to go often) Loved seeing the whole loop! How long did it take? You left mid-june but did not update with your date upon your return home. Thank you for the Sunday entertainment!

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing your wonderful comments. I'm so glad you enjoyed the trip. Banff is one of the most beautiful parks in North America! I had a backpacking trip scheduled to Banff and Assiniboine for this August, but we had to cancel because COVID-19. We will return! The trip took 44 days, which was way too quick, but this time we had to go faster than we would prefer because of other commitments. We arrive back home in South Florida on July 27. BTW, we have the same last name.

@@IronmanAdventures Wow, that is amazing that you were able to see that much in 44 days!! This is a trip my husband and I look forward to doing one day - your video really inspired me! I hope your backpacking trip works out for you eventually! We are planning to do the westcoast leg of your trip for my 50th birthday next year (hoping Covid has settled down by then and the borders are open again). I look forward to seeing your video if you make it back this way :-). It's a popular last name but who knows...perhaps there is a connection somewhere down the line! Take care! ~D

@@djthompson1971 Thanks Deb. I sure hope that you and your husband get a chance to do a similar loop in the near future. It’s just so much better in person since there’s not a camera in the world that can capture the beauty that your naked eye can. 90 days would be ideal for this loop that covered over 9000 miles. Happy RVing!

What app did you use to plan your trip?

RV Trip Wizard. To me it’s the best RV Trip app available and I highly recommend you give it a try. Thanks for taking the time to stop by. Happy trails!

It would appear I get to put the first comment on here. 17 min into the video, need more waterfalls and wineries, cause I like both. Yeah me !! I'm first commentator-er. btw- what camera or phone were you using for the video ?

Hey, thanks for viewing and the funny comment. Most of time I used a Sony AX53 Handycam, but the "thru the windshield" shots where taken by GoPro Session 5, with the intro and a few other windshild shots taken on a GoPro Hero 6 Black. I certainly have to work on the windshild glare for the next trip. Thanks again!
