Email them and ask for a call back for help eith set up. We've has our for going on 4 years about to update from Gabb2 to Gabb3. Hope you get it set up soon.
@@DonnyaNegera Yeah, it's weird because I have the sound on and when she is actually in the message part of the watch then there will be a sound when I text her but if the screen is not actively turned on and she is not in the actual message app then the watch doesn't let her know even though the sound is on and it's not set to silent or do not disturb or anything like that. It's just weird because you'd think the watch would let them know when they got a text so they don't have to constantly just check it to see.
😂 My child just turnrd 13 and weve had a Gabb watch for almost 3 years. For anyone under 8 I would get the Gabb 2 personally. We're just aboit to upgrade to the 3. Our school district now requires cell phones to be placed in cell phone bags to prevent them from using their phone during school so no need to upgrade to a cell phone just yet maybe in High School. Definitely recommend.
