Finally! We've gotten a Mattel Fred figure now! :')
With all those spartans i just noticed that in two years we got one Covenant figure (Mdama) .. lame.
Thank you so much for making this review because this is one of the figures i was looking forward to. Im trying to see if i can replicate the team with chief kelly fred and the other 2 from halo legends.

I got Fred today, and Palmer, but I have a question, hope someone can answer it, Which figure should I buy first?
Master chief, Kelly or Locke. I only have enough money for one and then wait like a month to get another.
I love how they finally included these characters I loved from the books into the main franchise, almost making me regret buying a PS4 this generation..... Ahh well, that's life i guess.

Ive Just bought my first Halo figure, Halo 5 guardians Master chief, should be with me in a day or two.
I would like to get more even before seeing the one ive bought, mostly thanks to your reviews, but i feel like getting each game and series figures might be a bit daunting, too many, specially because of all the other lines i collect too, so i was wondering if i just stuck to halo 5 would i be missing anything not getting any others?
My Fred figure doesn't have that neck problem the torso armor is like soft plastic so it moves out of the way and he can look just fine
how tall are they
Did anyone else notice that his visor is upside down? By visor I mean the line that's indented into the visor is upside down. It happened to me Halo 4 scout too.

I feel super dumb asking this but, HOW THE HELL DO YOU MAKE HIM HOLD THE DMR?

I'm going to assume I got unlucky, but my Fred had one of his back panel things fall off because it was glued on poorly (at least I think it's glue), the joint connecting the hand and arm snapped and he took a shelf dive and the end part of the DMR broke off.
I hope that I just got unlucky, because I just ordered a replacement and really don't want that to break too, I think it's a great figure otherwise.
just be careful with the joints. should be fine
***** I'm going to assume I accidentally forced his arm too hard while trying to put his DMR into his hand, won't be making that mistake again

I just got this figure from Amazon today and the knee joints are pretty loose, is there any way to fix that or should I return it and try again?

I really don't get why they don't just do regular ball joints for the hips. It worked relatively well with Halo 3 figures. The overall shape of Spartans are quite robotic in general, shouldnt be that hard to put regular marvel legend style ball joints in there
I'm suspecting that it's a cost-cutting measure. IDK how though I'm not familiar with action figure production, but I do know that the H4 series were sparse.
+William Luong Guess it makes sense. The more parts per figure the more molds needed for production. From what I read online the molds can very expensive to make. But you pay 15 bucks for these figures and put them next to NECA figures that cost a few bucks more... well you get more for your money with NECA.
True. On top of that the newer designs are all completely different from each other. Whereas for the 3/Reach series you had a base body with only differing helms/shoulders, now each part is unique to its set. I can see that skyrocketing in costs for each mold.
+William Luong True true.. no wonder why Gundam Spirits are pretty expensive. I took apart the leg of Gouf just to look at the engineering. There's 20 pieces of parts just for the calf section!

Fred is one of the beter figure in the wave. Buck was the wost but he was still good

im sorry i love your videos but can you stop moving the figures around sooo fast and close to the camera?? i can barely see the figures detail and sculpt work up close ;( keep up the awesome videos though!! :3
