That's exactly what I am thinking about. I am learning french now. I constantly ask Alexa about how to say certain words
im confused do i need echo dot in order to learn a language or do i need to purchase Alexa?, or do i need best of both, i want to learn German fully, will i be able to converse with using the devices? can it translate sentences for me? for example i am tired, i'm going sleep, ich bin mude, ich gehe schlafe? thanks in advance

This is just amazing invention - I am excited to try Alexa myself.
I plan to order Echo Dot from Amazon.de, but I live in Poland - does it mean I will not be able to get access to Echo skill invented by you?
If not - is it only a metter of my geolocation while activating this Skill? (I am thinking about travelling to Germany for few days, so I might be able to organise that) Normally, I would want to use Echo device + Alexa sG Skill while being in Poland.

BAD IDEA: it requires you to change the language of your Alexa device to German, the precise language that I don´t know enough and I am trying to learn. Not a good idea, I am worried it will be difficult to handle Alexa and change back. It should be able to work after you enable the skill, without changing the device´s language
Well, it is not really our idea to have this requirement, it is more of a technical limitation, that I think we handle in the most graceful way. Alexa supports a couple of languages, but in order to understand a certain language Alexa needs to be configured in this language, in this case German to understand the preaching. As @smarterGerman pointed, you can easily switch languages for your different tasks.
