Thanks for taking the time to do this. I learn something new with every video of yours I watch. It's helpful to see the VCDS graphs and outputs you post. It helps me interpret my readings on my ALH and BHW. Keep on YouTubing please!
Bonjour monsieur Je visualise et je revisualise à nouveau cette vidéo Magnifique diagnostique d'ailleurs c'est l'une de mes vidéos préférées Bonne continuation
Very methodical approach to problem solving. Lots of thanks for taking your time to record and explain all the steps. I wish I had an honest and knowledgeable car mechanic like you somewhere nearby :) Looking forwards to new study cases
Hello, and thank you for another helpful tutorial on how to diagnose a trouble code in these VWs. I have a 2002 TDI Jetta with the ALH engine and poor acceleration, just as in this Jetta that you present here. I have not yet looked at trouble codes but your video has shown me at least one path towards trying to learn what is wrong with my vehicle. If you have any additional hints or suggestions for me, please do post. Again, thank you.
Awesome video! I had a similar issue with a speed sensor that had an internal short circuit on a Ford Ikon. Keep up the interesting videos! Greetings again from South Africa.
I have an 04 BEW with a new turbo and when I first start it up and drive off in the morning the acceleration from the stop it's like the turbo isn't working at all I have no codes. After that it runs perfect it's like the turbo is cold, and it can be 1 minute later and it runs fine.
awesome videos! thank you. I have the same engine and turbo ( I think ) in a 2006 tdi jetta wagon. What is the turbo ? I am in the process of diagnosing a boost issue / limp mode problem. I have read some of the forums and ordered a doggie collar to start with. I learn a lot from your videos. Proper diagnosis is everything it seems! Local shop answer is to upgrade my turbo, but I am prefer to learn as i go, cleaning and restoring seems so much more rewarding. And I'm cheap! Thanks again.. and yeah, if you could tell me off hand what turbo I got in my mk4 2006 tdi wagon, I would appreciate it. I could always read on it once I pull it out to clean, but my father in law was asking me.
I recently bought a 2004 jetta tdi,,, on 3 different trips at around 400kms on each trip I lost boost on all 3 occasions at around 400kms or so.... but when I shut the car off then started it the boost was back.
you probably have a trouble code for overboost. The code is reoccuring when you have the problem. This puts the computer into "limp mode" which means reduced power to protect the engine from the overboost condition. Then when you cycle the key it resets. Watch my videos on overboost.
Hi sir even though my question is not topic related but do you have any idea whether the glow plugs work during the particulate filter dynamic regeneration i mean self-regeneration or not?
sometimes you can click on the label file above, and search through the label file. Sometimes ross-tech.com site is helpful plus there is a chart. Maybe I'll make a video on this.
Bonjour monsieur

I hope you post more too often.
Not motivated to make content right now. Struggle to hire and keep help.
