भाई जी आप बहुत बढ़िया वीडियो डालते हो और आपको याद होगा मैं कितने दिन से आपको फॉलो कर रहा हूं जब आप कटप्पा के साथ एक डेढ़ महीने के लिए दूसरे रूट से यानी सच पास की तरफ गए थे और जंगलों में रहे थे बड़े वाले ट्रक में रोजाना जंगलों में घूमना वही खाना बनाना वहीं खा लेना कटप्पा के साथ मस्ती करना यानी लगभग 1 से 2 साल से मैं आपको फॉलो कर रहा हूं बहुत अच्छा वीडियो बनाते हो बच्चों के साथ भी घर की रिपेयरिंग भी वीडियो शूटिंग भी फिल्म की शूटिंग भी इसमें भी बर्फ में भी जब पिछले साल बर्फ पड़ी थी तब आपने शुरुआत की थी वहां से गाड़ी लेकर फोर बाई फोर की गाड़ी से लोगो की मदद भी की थी आपने लेकिन इस साल तो सीजन गया अगले साल सीजन में अगर मैं बच्चों सहित आकर मनाली से 10/15 किलोमीटर राइट लेफ्ट या नॉर्थ में खासकर कोठी के आस पास सेफली रहना चाहूं तो कोई कांटेक्ट नंबर तो बताओ जिससे संपर्क करके 5 से 6 महीने के लिए रेंट पर 2रूम सेट लिया जा सके कांटेक्ट नंबर बताना प्लीज

You were mentioning one can get home stay for Rs 5000. It is daily rent or monthly? Two rooms can be Rs 10,000. I am guessing it is monthly. But want to be sure. Sorry to be so ignorant! I will be retiring in 2-3 years and wish to plan from now onwards. That way I will be able to decide easily. I don't want to hurry up. I wish to know about hospital facilities too. @@archanaaananda4688 sorry mam I respect you but I have read 100s of comments of people retiring and planing to settle in Himachal I think we should think about Himalayan states and not increase the burden on hills we know what happened in shimla last year just because of over construction because peope from plains come here buy flats builders are only thinking about money nothing else I think we should keep mountains for pahadis only that would be best for everyone for nature and for people of plains too as they ll have some place to go to escape winters

@@lostqueen5373 it has been nine months since my comment and your reply come when we are suffering from second surge of covid...your comment seems irrelevant to me...however there are loopholes one can buy property on a land lease of 99 year's with Gov't authorities further extendable for the same period if he wish it ...so no law prevention stopping the deed and don't worry i am not at all interested in settling there it was just a issue of debate on regionalism , culture protection..

Industrialization/commercialization can be limited using laws. But having problem with regular people from other states to come and settle is blatant discrimination.
They are perfectly fine with these same "non-cultured" plains people to come to their hilly towns and buy maggi for 200 rupees but have problem when these same people try to live there.

Because if government gives permission to buy any of lands in HP,then that will hamper the natural beauty of the State. Land promoters will make the State a concrete jungle and more population will make HP a polluted and destroy the charm of HP. This is the basic reason I know.
