St Louis Ribs Cooked on the Kamado Joe Classic 3

Check out these stunning St Louis style ribs from Bobs Family Butchers. These were cooked on the Kamado Joe Classic 3 using the Slo-roller.
One rack is layered with Sriracha, Angus & Oink Honey & Chilli Rub, honey and orange juice then finished with a Five Monkeys Orange & Chili BBQ sauce glaze
The other rack has mustard, Bowers Barbecue Apple Sugar & Pepper rub, brown sugar and apple juice then finished with a Smokin Yankees Belfast Apple & Whisky BBQ sauce glaze.
Both were absolute winners!
