I just recently purchased the British starter force desert rats that has the British Paratroopers. This really is very helpful. Thank you so very much for this painting tutorial.
I've used the same paints. White undercoat, to start, light wash and very light dry brush, highlight wood and metal parts. Results very similar, with 200 plus figures I didn't have time to paint so fussy. See lots of Pete's guides, very helpful. Thanks.

Apparently the camo was put on the material by using a broom in manufacturing
