Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Peugeot 308 with the 1.6 e-HDi 115bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.

Très belle vidéo. Mes parents avaient eues la même 308, avec le même moteur, mais en noire. C'était une chouette voiture. Parfois je la conduisais, une voiture très plaisante à conduire. A l'époque Peugeot avait fait une très bonne voiture. Pour moi le design du tableau de bord est loin d'être démodé, c'est encore très actuel.

I own a 308. not quite this spec, but its a lovely car to drive. The diesels are impressive.

I agree with you. I don’t understand Peugeot and Citroen why they installed that sound in cars. Fortunately that sound is not anymore available in new Peugeots and Citroens.

Use higter rpm please! Max power comes out at 4000 rpm, you shift at 2000 rpm

Yeah, but at around 2000 rpm, 1.6 HDi will last decades! And turbine work from 1500 rpm, so you get decent acceleration at 2500 rpm. I talk that from the first hand.
Fabio you're an idiot. There's absolutely no reason to rev a diesel to 4000rpm. Don't try to give advice when you know nothing on the subject.

At this video your maximum speed was around at 125 km/h.
But it can run around 185-190km/h at max, easily getting 175km/h, I have the same car just SW version.

Le 2.0 HDI 150 n'existe pas je pense donc que tu fais référence ici au 2.0 HDI 138 qui n'est disponible que sur la phase 1 et non sur cette phase là
