@ethishamullaq7772 for UAE equivalency certificates you can get a Genuity letter even if you are at pak but after getting the Genuity letter from the university through PAK EMBASSY UAE or pak consulate UAE( fulfilling all of the following requirements). pakistanconsulatedubai.ae/degree-equivalence/ for step three---you should have a UAE visa When you upload all documents on the MOE(Ministry of Education ) UAE website

Visa degree attestation na hony ki waja sy nhi lg rky , equivalency is required after visa . It is the ministry of education requirement not ministry of immigration

If you have attested from foreign affairs Pak and UAE embassy ISB then you also need to attest from UAE foreign affairs Dubai that is located near Pakistani's consulate bur dubai

I am from Philippines. I have university attestation with transcript grades stamped in Philippines and also here in MOFA UAE altogether. My question is.... is this enough to submit in quadrabay for equivalency certificate? Or is there another document I need to process?

if you have taken degree on regular bases , than its oky but if your degree is based on distance learning , you will not get the equivalency from UAE

If you have travelled UAE and now you are in pak , you can Use UAE pass app to take the entry exit record or go to gdrfa website to apply and pay fee
