Christ is coming back for a bride without spot wrinkle or blemish. This poem by Ezekiel and Janette...iks asks you if you'll be Ready or Not. All to often though, we try to do the cleaning and the planning when we Christ should take the lead. We say let him lead and the wedding day will be just as it should be... all for His glory.

Just amazing. This poem was huge for me. Brought me to tears and set me in motion to act and to make myself ready. I have played it for some believers who still have yet to understand it. I guess It hits you at different time of the cycle in the life of a believer.

Even if you aren't religious in any way, I feel like anyone should be able to appreciate and admire the amazing display of emotional deliverance in every word. I'm really incredibly impressed at how wonderful this was wrote and performed.

Can someone please thoroughly explain the message of this poem. I understand bits and pieces but not the entire idea
aGirl WithGoals The message is about Christ (the groom) and the church (the bride).
The Bride, according to the message "backslid" and went back to sin and the devil thinking she had even sinned so much she couldn't go back to her groom. But he came, told her about His grace and what his death did for her - cleaned her up and asked her to wait for him, for he was to go and return soon.
Likewise, we, as Christ's bride are to follow all he says and live a life of morality, expecting Christ's return - but "if we sin", He is always there to forgive. Do not listen to the lie of the devil that no one can be saved or forgiven, no matter what anyone has done, they can be forgiven - we are also encouraged to live a holy life and bring others to him.
