What motor is in the 72v super motor bike. You said it doesn’t get hot over 10kw due to being bigger. Is this available and a direct bolt on using factory mounts ?
I mention that everything is stock. Except for the BAC 8000. You could also mount a 4000 but the controller it self is a huge change which i wouldchange first. LOL btw.
How is 22kw not going to melt the motor with out some special sauce inside the motor itself, 12kw sent my kuberg to the shadow realm performed well but id like more than 34mph so im not spending €1200 on a replacement motor ill mod it with qs motor, check out tromox ukko for a decent supermoto style bike out next year €6500 lots of potential.
Just seen the motor is a swap, liked the dorodo fork modifyed for that wheel, best fork i used came standard on the kuberg loved them rode so wheel, very nice bike.
I ride from 2018 on the Trail bike the original arm without reinforcing ... and till the beginning of nuc 24f big KW on it .. only the Bearings broken . The force is on the chainline not a lot sideways on the pit . But i know how you ride offroad ;) . Bigger Problem is on the Bike with the BIG TIRE ... cause heavy on the MX track ...there i m with your opinion . Thanks for watching :)
so did you change the stock motor? because stock motor will melt at 72 volts. is not reliable to go 72 volts on stock motor because you can't stay at full power for long periods of time, motor will melt.
good luck building one for under 3k, parts alone it's around 5k-6k but even then you could go to a Better motor they're only using Qs165 you could go QS180 90H

The sock swingarm on the pit bike won't hold very long without being reinforced. Believe my experience 😉
