hey thanks for the years of comedy you've taught me songs like zero chance and preaching the end of the world that I just couldn't figure out and I read tab on this but maybe I was lazy and now its like finally got it thanks
And here's the third version with a rare MLB gem video: ua-cam.com/video/AyE6q19P5oM/v-deo.htmlsi=nHtBfC3cxJXLCpK1 However much I admire Chris' talent, I still prefer Footsteps, somehow Ed's approach was the most creative one as for the vocal part. It's weird, Momma-Son trilogy is not a happy story, the lyrics are dark, Footsteps and Alive still give me positive vibes. 🤷♀️
I should add that there's a live version of this song at the madison square garden that initially inspired me to learn it. They dropped the key they play it in which is how I prefer it / play it. It makes it a litttttle bit easier to sing but man what a fuckin song. I highly encourage anyone to check out that performance if they havent. 🤟🏻
@RyanLendt I live directly across the Detroit River in Canada. My sports team allegiance is to Detroit !! Well, Tigers and Red Wings... that's the only 2 major sports I watch. Great stadiums/arenas - great vibes- and the best fans !!! Also, great best place to see shows ! (IMO)

I used to drive across that bridge in the late 80’s to visit my grandmother when I lived in Toronto!
@RyanLendt Sweet ! Here's to a distant connection in music, location and sports ! 🍻
