    As soon as I heard the noise I knew. Super common in the north east, those little shields are just junk that rust, bend, and hold rocks to make an awful racket.

    Your dust shield, is too close to the rotor. I can see it has been bent.
    You cannot, pry against a dust shield, in an attempt to remove the rotor.
