You know, you really have to admire the story and details they worked into the silly alien/dinosaur saga. It's very entertaining stuff.
You really have to admire the creativity of the people creating this museum.
In the box. Items that it might hold. Keys, coins, a special ring, your bubblegum overnight, a marble or marbles. A bag of dice,your tooth for the tooth fairy a rock, a seashell, matches, a watch, or possibly a small sidekick being with their sleeping gear, or something else ...

I went through the old, dilapidated museum. Wow, they brought their ‘A’ game.
The t-shirts are like work shirts for you.
Jacob is primarily a “car driving” blogger as a former hawai’ian resident, I can assure you that 2500 miles from the West Coast is not auto friendly . Airfare, high hotel fares, huge car rental and expensive gas make Hawai’i a very very very costly trip- plus there are 5 different islands to visit!
My husband said that The Thing reminded him of the Dino-Riders cartoon, haha.
I would put my everyday jewelry in that box!

Nothing like driving 3000 plus miles from Florida to California on I 10. My favorite part of the trip is Texas to California. See the world charge right in front of you is so cool. Love this place every time i make the trip i make sure we stop around The Thing and other areas on I 10. Just love driving on I 10. Has a magic and wonder feel driving on it.
I remember going to the thing as a teenager, and driving through arizona I decided to stop just the other day. And I am OBSESSED. I cannot believe how much they revamped this exhibit and the theory of human/alien/dinosaur ancestry they concocted. It's amazing and I highly recommend everyone driving on the 10 to come see the new and improved THING.

The storyline for The Thing museum reminds me of the Dino Riders toyline from the 80's. The 2 warring extraterrestrial factions come to Earth, the good guys (which resemble humans) befriend the dinosaurs and the bad guys (which resemble humanoid snakes, sharks, bugs etc) control them with mind control helmets. In either case the dinosaurs receive armor and laser weapons and battle ensues.
Top floor, penthouse suite. Nothing but the best for the Carpetbagger!

The S in Viscount is usually silent as its a popular Mint Chocolate biscuit here, I'm still suprised they are repairing the Baggermobile as thats hours of pulling alone just to get things to line up.

My favorite blizzard is divided between 2 . If hot summer day here in Michigan I choose Banana Split one. Just a regular day I choose Oreo most times .

Alien's vs Dinosaurs vs Dr Shocker and the Mean Farmers is the film we need
I went there once in the late 1970s. It less in around five different buildings in back of the gift shop, all around the size of a 1 or 2 car garage or a large shed. There were stepping stones and arrows leading from one building to the next. It didn’t have any cohesive story, certainly not aliens. If was just odd curios and old antique equipment. The Thing was a mummy, but I don’t recall it looking so alien. Mostly it looked old and dead.
Tourist traps like this are cool , you just have to watch them seriously! I stopped at a place @ I70 and RT 191 in Utah they had the pump price covered when I started to fill my truck with Diesel I noticed how fast the $$$$ went up but the Gallons were really slow. I found they were charging $7.00 a gallon!!! The average price in the area was in the $4 range??? So be careful some of these places are run by desperate people for a lack of better words
Jake, this is coming from the heart, you need to spend some time with Jen, one on one without the camera, without the audience, without worry. After watching Jen's videos she absolutely all heart, sweet and lovely. VALENTINES 💝 is coming up and shouldspend personal and quiality time with her dude. We can wait for another video.

I went to the thing in September 2022. It was interesting 🤔 LOL 😆 they have route 66 drinks, the blue one is good. The museum is only$5 to go in.
