Bull always stood out to me as a "real" car enthusiast. He's the only blacklist member who hasn't completely riced out their car. No massive wings, wide body kits or complicated livery. Just color & wheels, plain and simple.
Dont forget ming blacklist 6 car is also simple and nice

he did have all that in the beta versin of the game, only thing that i see he still has is the vinyl which is modded because it was cut out in the final release alongside so many stuff
