Ok, so this is what I think happened in the video.
Papa khan is using the memory glasses to go back to his memories and remember what happened to his gf, he starts to see things and remember things, until he sees him and his gf get into a car crash, and the ring is his gfs and the car keys of the car that crashed, that’s why you can see him panting at the end bc he’s overwhelmed with the memory of his gf dying and it all coming back to him.
