The wind-up sound doesn't seem to have the continual spin sound. It's a problem with the game itself unfortunately and also happens during Heavy's table tossing rage (See part 05)

Funnily enough, If you listen closely, you can hear _THREE_ Guns being cocked before Heavy revs up his minigun, and Tycho looks at the _Player before looking at Heavy!_
This implies even _YOU_ even pulled a Gun on Tycho!

What really made this moment for me when I saw it in-game, was how Strong Bad still demanded he give him the granola bar

The way he reached into his pocket looked exactly like how criminals would reach into their pockets and pull out guns to shoot people they were mad at or wanted to kill. They thought he was gonna pull a gun out and kill them for losing, not a granola bar to eat.
Although the fact that Strong Bad still threatened him over the granola bar is hilarious XD

What did they think he was gonna do?
Pull a gun out and shoot them out of anger for losing. All three of them - Heavy, Max and Strong Bad - have enough experience when dealing with criminals and/or shady men to know that reaching into one's pocket can mean they're reaching for a handgun for a quick kill, so they immediately assumed the worst.
