Unless I missed something and Steve did indeed joined the Slabs after the all-out war between the Zafords and the Hodunks.

My best bet is that he is using the 'can of nuts' from The Devil's Playhouse. • The most famous piece of cut content with this game is the *Walking Dead* theme; the dialogue that remains suggests that elimination for this theme was that the character got attacked by/chose to attack some walkers. • This next one is a minor difference, but they re-recorded Sam's dialogue for his elimination in the *Army of Darkness* theme. The original dialogue is still in the game files, for some reason.

Steve is equipped with a purple rarity Torgue rocket launcher. It has a Vladof barrel adding fire rate and reload speed. A Maliwan grip improving elemental chance (which is non-applicable to Torgue as its explosive) A Bandit exhaust increasing magazine size but decreasing accuracy. A Tediore sight further increasing reload speed. However it doesn’t seem to have an accessory that I can see so it’s hard to tell what prefix it could have or any additional stat boost.
I'm sorry, but imagine how hilarious it would've been when Brock got eliminated in the Sam & Max theme that Max could be seen staying on top of his head throughout the remainder of the game? XD
I love how Steve doesn’t shoot Sam with the Confetti Rocket. It’s a nice attention to detail. Remember, he’s from the same universe (and clan, for that matter) as Brick. Who loves dogs. And Steve would be smart not to piss him off.
