This video is made for EVERYONE to enjoy! The target group is mainly autistic people but also people who had an overstimulating day, people with ADHD or kids! This video does NOT contain : intro, eye contact, wet mouth sounds, uncomfortable questions or pressure, touch. Some people could find some of the triggers “childish” but my opinion as a professional is that EVERYONE needs easy and “colourful” things for a good relaxation.. that’s why the objects that I’m choosing are fun and simple! That’s what works for me, as an adult as well!💓🫧 in this video you can find many slimes, bubbles, stickers, colours, rhythmic sounds, books, animals! ( I’m a qualified professional in the special education field, specialised in autism! After my experience with autistic people, and doing asmr in person, I’ve decided to create this series also in my channel! ) Enjoy🥹💓🫶🏼🫧

When I was younger I had that same slime and took out all the 😊 and put them all in their own groups the put them all back in the slime one by one in small groups then split the slime so they only had the right colors and did this multiple times for fun 1:52
I honestly don't think that this video could have come out at a better time for me. The past few days have been really crappy (nothing out of the ordinary just the usual everyday crappy) and the internet has been going down a lot today (this is the norm for my houshold, our service provider is also crappy), this video was literally the first thing in my home feed when the internet came back on (it was down for half an hour) and I so needed it. I have a tendency to unintentionally destroy stuff through stress chewing (headphone cords, small rubbery things, and the inside of my mouth are all popular victims) and was starting to get strong urges to chew my headphones at the time. Having this to watch really helped me calm down. Speaking as someone who has been regularly watching your videos for about a year now, I have come to trust that your videos are consistenly safe. This is a kind of big deal for me as I will regularly get spooked by weird seemingly random stuff (usually social stuff like tone and body language) in other videos meant to be relaxing/comforting. So, as a random internet stranger, I sincerely thank you for putting as much time into this channel as you do. It really helps people alot. P.S. As an American, I too really like honey on my yogurt. Plain yogurt with either fresh fruit or nuts and honey is one of my favorite quick breakfast foods as well as one of my favorite desserts. It's just so easy and tasty that way!
I agree, I tried to watch ASMR before and felt stressed out by all the random noises and people suddenly aproaching the camera while staring into it. This is the first ASMR video I enjoyed.
thank you so much for making autism directed content!! i am an autistic teen in my freshman year. It can be very hard being a young person with neurodivergent troubles. A lot of people can get pressed over you having autism because it “doesn’t seem like it”. autism isn’t always a visible thing, and it’s not the same for everyone. thank you for making this, it’s very comforting
Fun fact: I was really joyous with the bubbles, so I'll explain the compound of bubbles in a more understandable yet explanative way. Soap molecules are incredibly flexible and water molecules are super stretchy! So together they create an incredibly lightweight and stretchy soap film. When you blow into it this film, the soap and water molecules stretch out and trap the air inside creating a perfectly round bubble! Another Fun fact: 0:26 that color is Rose, Carnation, coral, puce, blush, fuchsia for all the ones I remember I can name.
i like these videos specifically for autistic people because even though they're nice in general, im so much more comfortable with them than with others. you're very considerate in how you put these together and present, things are very calm and quiet and not overstimulating, its interactive (optionally(!!!)) and on the whole really really comforting. thank you
I am autistic and what I really like about this video are pointing at things and counting them. What I like less are the fast finger fluttering and quick tapping, quick movements as they are kind of aggressive and overstimulating, but it is so amazing that someone makes a movie geared to neurodiverse group of people. Also the slime has a lot of colors which is kind of overwhelming, but pointing out 1 smiley and describing it was heavenly. Overall, this was a great video!
I’ve seen people comment about putting zeneias videos on .75x speed (I’ve done it myself as well and I find it very nice and relaxing). Just thought this might help! ❤❤
Everyone is welcome in this space, whether they have autism or not. I don't think Zeneia takes kindly to gatekeepers, and most of her fans would agree.
You’re such a sweet, genuine, caring person. Thank you so much for these calm videos 💖 I love the strawberry blonde/pink hair, it suits your calming personality so much
as someone on the spectrum, I’m so happy you are creating videos for others like me to enjoy when we are having stressful days, you don’t know how much it helps us 💙
I absolutely love this video!!! I love how there was no direct eye contact, it wasn't too stimulating, and everything was just absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much for all your amazing videos ^^ btw you are absolutely rocking the new hair color
Thank you so much for this, today has been so overstimulating and I get really frustrated not being able to easily do what my peers can without needing recovery time. These videos help so much with that recovery for me and it's so nice to be able to turn my brain off and focus only on simple things to rest from the overwhelming world and the whirlwind it causes in my brain. Your doing really great things (and I love the hair)!
I love this video, not only as the target audience but just in general. I was in a over stimulating vc a few minutes ago and this helped my headache! Instead of plan A, cry or just wait for it to pass, i watched this and a much better option
I love your videos, especially when you do ASMRs for autistic people! I'm autistic who also has ADHD, and your videos make me so happy and relaxed! I also like how you don't do any eye contact at all! (I don't like doing eye contact really much)
small and subtle detail but I love how for example your asking us “what colors are these?” and also allowing us to not answer correctly or not answer at all. I have special education and my step mom works for special education and I just feel like your treating us like your own special ed students, I say it’s a subtle but very heartwarming detail ❤
I loved this video and i especially liked the rythmic but not too boring triggers. As an autistic person i my symptoms are very even and odd based and i get very stressed if things dont feel even. I found that in this video you lightly focused on keeping it friendly in that manner. Thanks for the amazing video!
Omg, this is the first video from your channel I watched and it’s so so good. I’m not autistic (I think, might have adhd tho), but I loved it so much, It feels so save and comforting. I like rp asmrs but don’t like answering to the questions in them out loud and sometimes I don’t answer at all and it makes me feel weird, and your video solves this problem. I was sitting through the whole video with a huge dumb smile on my face, especially when you “gifted” me some things (like, this genuinely made me so happy for some reason).
yayy!! thank you sm for another autism targeted video ♡ you make me feel so safe and seen/understood in this series. I really appreciate you making these lovely thoughtful videos!!!!! ❤❤ also I love your new hair! the colour suits you so well 😊
You started making your autism directed content just when I started trying to get my diagnosis and honestly the difference it makes at the end of my day. Helps me to cool down from overstimulating days and from meltdowns. Loved this!!! (P.s love your hair)
smn about it feelin' childlike despite everything i have been thru almost made me wanna cry- i think i just needed to be treated sweetly as a kid and will 100% accept the kindness as an adult still goin' thru crap. this was nice, thank you
This was amazing, I'm so overstimulated right now and the lack of eye contact and the fact that it was predictable through your description instantly lifted a mental weight. Thank you
I'm literally kicking and giggling listening to this video when she asked me if I liked the color I said yes AUDIBLY and when she started blowing bubbled the childlike WONDER in my eyes yall. And the TAPPING. The rhythm, I can't explain calms me down so much. Thank you for making this video 💖💖
I really really like these videos. as an adult with autism, I often feel like I'm not taken seriously by many people/treated like a toddler. but this video is like a little safe space that communicates with me in a way I understand that isn't infantilizing 🥹
As a neurodivergent person i think you know exactly what you're doing, i just loved this vídeo so much it calmed me a lot, the lack of eye contact was something so meaningful too, i just had fun and and got calm a lot
as a person with adhd/autism who loves asmr, sometimes i rlly enjoy fast, intense asmr but also something lowkey like this does wonders for me, especially when ive had a rough day and are struggling to find a suitable asmr vid
I'm sorry I started crying at the bubbles I was just so HURIGHESJKGEKRGHJREWK BUBBLOES HORRAY!!?? "KOALA!!!" "its a light pink elephant!" "vibe ruined" /j fr the rhythmic tapping absolutely saved my soul, I feel cleansed after this video thank you so much final update lol: EVERYTIME SHE SAID I WAS RIGHT I JUST FELT OVERWHELMING YIPPEE AAAAAAA
i usually listen to music while i draw but when this popped up, i decided to give it a listen. needless to say it made me lock in & my lineart came out more smooth than usual so thank you - sincerely, an extremely grateful autistic artist
I love your videos so, so much. They always help me sleep, and are perfect after a really stressful day. You genuinely seem like such a kind person, and I really appreciate everything you do for us. Also, your hair looks so nice!
This is weird but I really appreciate you not 'repeating' the choice after asking "which one do you like?" or "which one do you want?" So many other asmrtists do that and it's nothing against them but it always stresses me out for some reason. So it's really nice not having any, like, "pressure" in the choice if that makes any sense. Much love 🫶
When i first came across one of your videos, i thought "it can't be that different from regular ASMR vids" but turns out that it is and it's AMAZING. I love your content so much and your videos are just perfect. Thanks a lot for everything you do 💚
My siblings say I’m autistic, Think it’s pretty true because I love enjoying this, The bubbles and hand movements made me calmed and happy in every way possible to be honest, The diff emotions too, It just randomly made me happy because also, The “That’s a good guess” made me feel confident I’m being honest and the questions you asked were actually kinda comforting with the lack of eye contact just made me feel more comfortable
Ive been super overstimulated today and when I tell you this calmed me right down to the point I almost fell asleep with how calm amd relaxed i was, I also loved how you didnt use wet mouth sounds and nave a lack of eye contact!! Keep up the great work ❤

Ty for these videos ❤❤ I am not autistic but I find the lack of direct eye contact and the way you go over all the details of each object so comforting
I love the the attention to detail in this video so much! The way eye contact is almost always avoided only slightly off feels so much less pressuring and the occasional short direct eye contact makes it feel much more natural. The fast pacing is chosen perfectly too, it's dynamic and catches your attention but isn't overwhelming. Even if autism is only a small part of my life by now, I still feel very welcome in this, and I'm happy to have clicked on this, awesome video all around!
This is one of the only asmr videos I watch all the way through, I’m not autistic but I make that tongue clicking noise all the time and hearing it from someone else makes my brain happy (I know that sounds dumb but idk how to describe the sensation) I also really appreciate the lack of wet mouth sounds because I personally find them gross and gets a weird reaction out of me. She’s actually a real therapist and special needs teacher, she posts about it on Instagram and it’s in her bio on YT!! She tries to squash those stereotypes and it’s super helpful!
I like to refer people to her content when they ask me how to help me when I’m overstimulated/overwhelmed.
@@SpiderLilyASMRi had personal teacher like her but since im adult now i come here 🥺😌
When I was younger I had that same slime and took out all the 😊 and put them all in their own groups the put them all back in the slime one by one in small groups then split the slime so they only had the right colors and did this multiple times for fun 1:52
the patterns, the lack of eye contact, everything is just!!!! i love this >_
I honestly don't think that this video could have come out at a better time for me.
Another Fun fact: 0:26 that color is Rose, Carnation, coral, puce, blush, fuchsia for all the ones I remember I can name.
i like these videos specifically for autistic people because even though they're nice in general, im so much more comfortable with them than with others. you're very considerate in how you put these together and present, things are very calm and quiet and not overstimulating, its interactive (optionally(!!!)) and on the whole really really comforting. thank you
blank space ^^
sleep well loves 🫶
ty for this, I get really distracted from the vid when I’m js reading comments the whole time

Just started this video and omg I love that slime with the faces. Also your hair is EVERYTHING omg
I'm not even Autistic but this makes me so happy because i'm 12 but act like a 5 year old so i've embraced my inner child watching this lmao i love it
THE RHYTHMIC SOUNDS YES OMG ty so much for this 😭💕💕
Thank you. i appreciate videos without long intros, wet mouth sounds (cuz god those grate on my nerves), or forced eye contact.
I love asmr for autistic people even if I don't have autism, it's so relaxing and reassuring 💖 btw I love your new hair 😍
Everyone is welcome in this space, whether they have autism or not. I don't think Zeneia takes kindly to gatekeepers, and most of her fans would agree.
The rhythmic sounds/movements are really nice, something I didn’t realize I wanted lol
You’re such a sweet, genuine, caring person. Thank you so much for these calm videos 💖 I love the strawberry blonde/pink hair, it suits your calming personality so much
The queen of relaxation is back and she's looking more gorgeous than ever. 😍🤍🫶🏼
as someone on the spectrum, I’m so happy you are creating videos for others like me to enjoy when we are having stressful days, you don’t know how much it helps us 💙
I absolutely love this video!!! I love how there was no direct eye contact, it wasn't too stimulating, and everything was just absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much for all your amazing videos ^^ btw you are absolutely rocking the new hair color
the amount of joy those bubbles brought me is absolutely unreasonable
Thank you so much for this, today has been so overstimulating and I get really frustrated not being able to easily do what my peers can without needing recovery time. These videos help so much with that recovery for me and it's so nice to be able to turn my brain off and focus only on simple things to rest from the overwhelming world and the whirlwind it causes in my brain. Your doing really great things (and I love the hair)!
I love this video, not only as the target audience but just in general. I was in a over stimulating vc a few minutes ago and this helped my headache! Instead of plan A, cry or just wait for it to pass, i watched this and a much better option
I really like how when you tapped on the objects you tapped like 3 times with one hand and 3 times with the other!i find that really comforting:D
Just knowing that most of the autistic person who watched the video and commented there thought are satisfied of the asmr makes it 10000× better 😭🙏
yayy!! thank you sm for another autism targeted video ♡ you make me feel so safe and seen/understood in this series.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU WITH MY LIFE I WAS CRYING SO MUCH SUNDAY NIGHT AND YOU SAVED MEEEEE 0:38
These types of videos of yours are so calming to my busy ahh brain
Why do I see you everywhere 👽🗣
smn about it feelin' childlike despite everything i have been thru almost made me wanna cry- i think i just needed to be treated sweetly as a kid and will 100% accept the kindness as an adult still goin' thru crap. this was nice, thank you
The same amount of sounds for each sound was so good
I’m low end autistic, and this is PERFECTION!! :P Especially what you got is the barely direct eye contact is VERY good cuz I relate to it!
I usually dont like slime at all. But seeing you fidget with the smiley slime was sooooo relaxing and gave me so much tingles!
As a dyslexic, I read slimes smile, ralexing, and tongues 😂
This was amazing, I'm so overstimulated right now and the lack of eye contact and the fact that it was predictable through your description instantly lifted a mental weight. Thank you
I'm literally kicking and giggling listening to this video when she asked me if I liked the color I said yes AUDIBLY and when she started blowing bubbled the childlike WONDER in my eyes yall. And the TAPPING. The rhythm, I can't explain calms me down so much. Thank you for making this video 💖💖
me too i was smiling so hard when i watched this 💗💗
i laughed out of cuteness for the frog stickers and the squishy animals 😭😭💜
i love this smm
I like how she doesn’t keep the triggers for too long and has little conversations with us,it’s so tingly and perfect for autistic ppl
"KOALA!!!" "its a light pink elephant!" "vibe ruined" /j
fr the rhythmic tapping absolutely saved my soul, I feel cleansed after this video thank you so much
final update lol: EVERYTIME SHE SAID I WAS RIGHT I JUST FELT OVERWHELMING YIPPEE AAAAAAA
Zeneia posting an asmr video on my birthday is the best gift
happy birthday!!! hope your day is going great. it’s my birthday today too 🥰 we really got the best gift ever!!
Happy birthday beautiful soul! Wish nothing but health happiness and success! 💓🫶🏼

Why is no one talking about how good your new hair looks!!!! It’s so beautiful! 😻
I love this rhythmic hand tapping! Very calming😌 Love your videos!❤
i usually listen to music while i draw but when this popped up, i decided to give it a listen. needless to say it made me lock in & my lineart came out more smooth than usual so thank you
- sincerely, an extremely grateful autistic artist
I just love how you say „wich one do you like the most“ it just sounds so relaxing
I love your videos so, so much. They always help me sleep, and are perfect after a really stressful day. You genuinely seem like such a kind person, and I really appreciate everything you do for us. Also, your hair looks so nice!
i love your asmr for autistic people series!! thank you so much for posting these videos, it's so appreciated
okay i’ve concluded that this is definitely my favourite from the series so far!! it’s so relaxing 🫶🏻
I loved your hair!!! your videos for autistic people are always my favorites 🤍
your hair fits you so well!! i love it
Oh thank you!😭🤭💓
This is weird but I really appreciate you not 'repeating' the choice after asking "which one do you like?" or "which one do you want?" So many other asmrtists do that and it's nothing against them but it always stresses me out for some reason. So it's really nice not having any, like, "pressure" in the choice if that makes any sense. Much love 🫶
HAIR LOOKS SO GOOOOD OMG!!
When i first came across one of your videos, i thought "it can't be that different from regular ASMR vids" but turns out that it is and it's AMAZING. I love your content so much and your videos are just perfect. Thanks a lot for everything you do 💚
I love this❤it helps at night!
I’ve been wanting these videos for so long and your page finally showed up!! Finally some videos for us!! This is great!!
love love loveeee the new hair color!!! it looks so nice on you❤❤
My siblings say I’m autistic, Think it’s pretty true because I love enjoying this, The bubbles and hand movements made me calmed and happy in every way possible to be honest, The diff emotions too, It just randomly made me happy because also, The “That’s a good guess” made me feel confident I’m being honest and the questions you asked were actually kinda comforting with the lack of eye contact just made me feel more comfortable
YESSSSSS I LOVE THE AUTISTIC VIDEOS! I also reallllly enjoyed the overexplaining video❤
Ive been super overstimulated today and when I tell you this calmed me right down to the point I almost fell asleep with how calm amd relaxed i was, I also loved how you didnt use wet mouth sounds and nave a lack of eye contact!! Keep up the great work ❤
i loved your ocd videos and it was really nice how you mirrored everything and it was perfect and i liked it
The lack of wet mouth noises makes me happy tbh. This video in general makes me happy. It even made me regress a bit
i have pretty bad adhd (and maybe some undiagnosed autism) and this helped me bunches. way better than some of those overstimulating asmr vids. thank you 💜
Ty for these videos ❤❤ I am not autistic but I find the lack of direct eye contact and the way you go over all the details of each object so comforting
GURL- YOU LOOK SO PRETTY 🤭💞 YOUR NEW HAIR LOOKS AMAZINGGG😍🌹 IT SUITS YOU SM🥰❤️🔥💞
This was such an amazing video! I particularly like the octopus and the marshmallow squishies :3
Great video and VERY good asmr in general
Just sent in a custom vid request, LOVE YOUR CHANNEL YOU ARE AWESOME!!
the color question got me on the ropes (i'm color blind). But seriously I love your voice and the subtle changes :)
