Josh is a member of my church and he's eager to grow in Christ and see the gospel advanced to the nations. I'm thankful for his commitment to the Solas of the Reformation, and his love for Jesus Christ above all. Check out his hip hop theology!

eph2:8 ... says diffrent from Grace alone....Its through faith by grace not grace alone .... everyone has been given the gift of faith rather there saved or unsaved a buddisht has faith a monk has faith a muslim has the gift of faith its just in the wrong God . In other words Jesus blood was sheed for all and is not witholden from any that posses the gift of faith

Thats incorrect Marcus. Scripture repeatedly states that Repentance is a gift (2 Timothy 2:24-26) & that faith is a gift (Ephesians 2:8-10). Jesus also stated that none could come to to him unless they were first drawn by the Father, and all who are drawn would be raised up on the last day (John 6:37-39). Thanks for watching the video, I truly appreciate it, even if we don't agree on my theological conclusions. Feel free to message me on Facebook and we can do a google hangout if you'd like. God Bless

I am shocked that you went to Ephesians 2:8 to try and refute that salvation is by grace alone... my question is did you read what you referenced?? Ephesians 2:-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith. AND THIS IS NOT YOUR OWN DOING; IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast...
With all love, grace, and sincerity, please brother... Read this again and reconsider your position...

How is Ephesians 2:8-9 saying that faith is a gift from God? Especially given the Greek grammar, it seems Calvinists should abandon this prooftext (among others).
