Half way through, it was ruined, for me, when the 'street wise' main character punches one of two guys in the face, then turns his back on them both 🤯.... it's beyond idiotic!...

The entertainment industry is so hard, so unless you are a top actor that has countless options, people will just take anything if they get paid, and it also helps them gain experience, any sort of exposure not only to the public, but other actors and directors. The choice of taking part in a movie is so much more than just the plot and chances of success.
