We absolutely need salt. I don't know why we are designed that way. But it is true. I'm currently on doctor order to watch/lower intake. Guess I ate too much. :(
Humans don’t digest rocks. Stone is desolved over time by water into small particles, taken up by the soil, nourishing plants, then plants eaten by animals and finally animals eaten by humans. The word you’re looking for is MINERALS found in meat, not salt.
the vegan ethical argument ends at their first question... "if you DON'T HAVE to eat animals, why would you?" We have to. We have to eat animals. So glad you're feeling better. :)
if we would all eat as little meat as Jesus, Mohammad etc ate, the world would be a better place 😆 but no, ppl go carnivore or eat bacon, eggs and dairy on the daily basis. 🤦🏻♀️
The Truth „1. “And to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.” -Genesis 1:30 2. “But Daniel resolved that he would not defile himself with the royal rations of food and wine … Then Daniel asked … ‘Let us be given vegetables to eat and water to drink.’ … At the end of ten days it was observed that they appeared better and fatter than all the young men who had been eating the royal rations.” -Daniel 1:8, 11-12, 15 3. “The wolf and the lamb shall feed together; the lion shall eat straw like an ox; but the serpent-its food shall be dust! They shall not hurt or destroy on all my holy mountain.” -Isaiah 65:25 4. “But ask the animals, and they will teach you; the birds of the air, and they will tell you.” -Job 12:7 5. “The righteous know the needs of their animals, but the mercy of the wicked is cruel.” -Proverbs 12:10 6. “He gives to the animals their food, and to the young ravens when they cry.” -Psalms 147:9 7. “I will make for you a covenant on that day with the wild animals, the birds of the air, and the creeping things of the ground; and I will abolish the bow, the sword, and war from the land; and I will make you lie down in safety.” -Hosea 2:18 8. “How long will the land mourn, and the grass of every field wither? For the wickedness of those who live in it the animals and the birds are swept away, and because people said, ‘He is blind to our ways.'” -Jeremiah 12:4 9. “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten in God’s sight.” -Luke 12:6 10. “Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your judgments are like the great deep; you save humans and animals alike, O Lord.” -Psalms 36:6 11. “Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.” -Matthew 5:7“
@@StephyGrowsWeed Plenty of other stories in bible permitting slaughter and sacrifice of animals it's a common theme. And it is very clear in bible that is about your faith and not about what you eat God is more concerned about spiritual food and not physical food. "Welcome those who are weak in faith, but do not argue with them about their personal opinions. Some people's faith allows them to eat anything, but the person who is weak in the faith eats only vegetables. Those who will eat anything are not to despise those who don't; while those who eat only vegetables are not to pass judgement on those who will eat anything; for God has accepted them. Who are you to judge someone else's servants? It is their own Master who will decide whether they succeed or fail. And they will succeed, because the Lord is able to make them succeed." Romans 14:1-4 GNB Are you really going to try judge someone who chooses to eat only meat? Remember Cain who thought he deserved God's blessings because he offered his harvest. Cain was angered and killed his brother Abel who slaughtered lamb and offered it to God and God was pleased with this. FYI this story comes from same book you decided to reference from with your first scripture. Bottom line if you're a christian God makes it loud and clear it's about your faith in and not what you do in vain to try win God's approval such as dietary choices.
I’m so happy to hear you are feeling so much better. I 100% relate. I have an autoimmune disease which makes me feel like the symptoms you had described. It is hard to find a diet that works for your own body. I’ve been on my own journey for many years as well and though I have not found my diet yet, I’m still on the way to finding it. I have a malabsorption problem with B and D so that is our number one priority. Vitamin levels are also extremely important if you don’t monitor your levels, you should take a look at them. There are “normal” numbers and “optimal” ranges. The drs aren’t concerned when you’re in a normal range... but you really should make sure you’re in the optimal range as it makes a huge difference in your body.
I've seen your vids and vids you've appeared in throughout the years. I'm also no longer vegan. This was an amazing, and shocking video series. Thank you for being so transparent, honest, and detailed. I think it will help many people. God bless you, Jennelle.
Thanks so much for sharing your story Jennelle! I don't understand people who unfriend their friends because they are no longer vegan. You have to do what is best for you, don't listen to other people's negative comments (if there are any). I'm glad you found something that resonates with you and that you are finally feeling healthy again
What a touching and incredible story. I was fruitarian almost 2 years until I came to the same realization you did. I've been eating animal products almost a year now and feeling better than ever. Blessing to you 🙏
It's been a while for me now. I now enjoy the freedom of eating everything! A couple of weeks ago I was traveling and the lady who I was having a project with said that she wanted to invite me to s restaurant, her boss would pay. She said lamb. Special cooked lamb only in that region. She said unless you are a vegetarian. I laughed inside me. I said NOPE! let's go! I enjoyed every bite of it. And as a side dish? I ordered blodsausage 😅 she asked would you like s salad? I said no thanks, I'd like to enjoy this place (mostly meats) I truly enjoyed it so much, she looked at me at the end and said, I could really see you were not lying when you said you liked it. You were eating with such pleasure. I laughed again inside me. Have fun.
Jennelle you're so strong 🖤 it's a shame you had to go through all of that, but at the same time, now you know the truth, and you will be informed and healthy for the rest of your life.
A lot of vegans I’ve talked to transitioned from really bad diets full of processed carbs and processed meat. They preach how bad meat is when their experience of it was the bad part. I’ve always had a diet of real meat and fish, vegetables and occasional beans, sometimes a little chocolate or fruit. I get 6 or less hours a sleep a night and have never had any health problems or loss of energy. The only time I’ve ever had any gut or energy issues has been when I’ve consumed bread or pasta or excessive amounts of sugar.
hi! thanks for sharing all this! i was also on a long term raw vegan diet and experienced awful digestive weakness, coldness, pms, depression, fatigue, among other issues. i am now also improved eating a cooked whole foods diet that includes certain animal products and avoids most grains and sugars. imo ANYONE who advocates a one-size-fits-all diet of any kind is automatically wrong! the raw food promoters were very convincing but in reality it took a huge toll on my health. our bodies always know best. much
Well said! There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all diet, that's why we need to listen to our bodies, keep our eyes open, and be open to listen to a lot of opinions and advisors so we can find our own journey.
I hope more people can stop identifying as the way they eat (I.e., when people say “I AM a vegan) because it blocks them from seeing paths for health. Just as you didn’t even consider eating animals for years because you didn’t consider them to be food. Thank you for your vulnerability and sharing your story. I hope others are inspired to “come out of the vegan closet”. I will say, for a group of people who claim to be loving, some vegans can be some of the most cruel people (to other humans). It is so strange to me to hear their reaction when someone eats differently from them. It’s quite alarming. Anyway, I’m so happy you found health!
I’m so so happy you are feeling good finally!!! Is this not what you ate when the story first started tho?? Is it just the same only healthier? Like no processed foods? Because in the beginning you felt awful and that’s why you started this journey..... anyway I’m just glad you don’t hurt! Thank you for sharing all this!
@@stardustyshe ate a SAD and had endometriosis, gut issues, and chronic migraines. Tried a high-calorie high-fruit “banana girl” style high carb raw vegan diet and gained weight. After that she went on a 25 day water fast and all her health issues went away. She then went 811 raw vegan but this time with more vegetables so it worked well for her for maybe the first year or so (as she said at the time) but was never fully on it for an extended period of time after that one year point because of binging and emotional eating (the latter which she mentioned in an earlier video). Then eventually she went on and off cooked food binges with a 7 day dry fast and a 106(108?) day modified fast in between these episodes. Last diet she was on before leaving the vegan diet was a whole foods diet that included starch. This is basically all over the course of 8 years. Eventually overnight she went back to eating mostly meat with some added fruit and vegetables. So basically now she eats similar to a “paleo” diet (so the difference between her original diet is that she eats no grains, soy, bananas, or dairy now (besides butter)) but with an emphasis on meats (based on her videos and her Instagram and things I’ve heard her say over her other videos). Hope this helps clarify 😊
31 minutes into the video. Definitely the title doesn't make justice about all that you have told already. This is an entire life history of a very brave and unique person. Only by seeing all your pictures throughout the years it is easily noticeable how much you have changed. Thank you so much for sharing your story Jennelle, what a brave and resilient person you are. I think you certainly belong to those individuals that have came to this world at this particular time to bring healing and growth to the world by experiencing the healing and growth yourself. You are an absolute inspiration.
Hello Jennelle - I wish you the best with your future choices and journey. I tried many diets over the years, including vegan, fruitarian, macrobiotic, keto, zero carb / "carnivore". I am now mostly vegetarian, following the sound and wise principles of Ayurveda (dates back thousands of years to India). It's good to keep in mind we are all individuals, and our genetics play a part !! I am a vata body-mind type, in the vata stage of life, with some vata health issues / weakness, so I choose what works for my constitution and health issues. Lifestyle often needs to change too; not just diet / food choices. #Ayurveda #vata pacifying and balancing diet
Incredible story. I found your videos from Bobbys post. Im so happy you are better now... Many things that you have experienced about veganism I did too, and I know how I felt when I started eating meat again. Today I'm mostly carnivore and feel the best of my life. I believe your video will help lots of people who are struggling on veganism... I wish when I was in pain there were videos like yours to make me wake up. Take care and I wish you the best!
I am so grateful for you sharing your story and getting to know what happened to you after hawaii. Thanks for your courage and your will and your drive. You are Love. You are helping others heal by being real and I see you. I ate salmon for the first time in 8 months a few days ago and had a simillar experience of mind chatter and anxiety stopping. im glad I tried rawveganism too as an attempt to heal my body from herpes... and it served me but Im feeling happy again .. literally within hours I went from constant stress and anxiety and stomach issues to feeling happy and like my brain could function.
Again, I am so happy for you, so glad you found your way, I remember you over the years struggling with your health and when I seen these videos I had so much emotion because I am so happy for you and the others regaining their health. This video hit home, I was getting teary for you.
Not full carnivore :) I tried keto style but I felt like with my training / dancing having some carbs from fruit was helping me so I’ve been sticking to that. Since I’ve never done it I am curious since so many have had huge benefits from it.
Wow, this was such an emotional story to listen to. I am so happy for you that you’re finding your way back to health and healing from both the physical and emotional trauma. You are strong af!!xx
Jennelle LeMoine I quit the vegan diet about 1,5 years ago and the healing has taken time. But I’m finally starting to feel like myself again, being active, laugh and have fun like a normal person 😊😊
7 years vegan here, feeling like crap :( If I didn't eat at the canteen of my work place, I would prefer not to eat. Veggies, grains, nuts, etc, have lost any appeal to me, it's like my body is refusing them. In my free days I spend lots of money in processed greasy vegan fast food otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat. Always feeling bloated, constipated and fatigued. Lost part of my hair, grainy skin, typical vegan eyes look and very underweight. But I still can't make the switch for many reasons. First of all, I'm terrified that I will be back to be constipated as I was when I was omnivore. It was sooo painful, was loosing lots of blood every time and in two occasions they have two surgically remove poop from my intestines because no amount of laxatives was working. It was a real nightmare :( When I switched to the vegan diet, the situation immediately improved, I mean I'm still constipated but not nearly as bad as before. Only time I was constipation free was when I tried the raw vegan diet. Reason two, it's the ethical part. I would never ever be able to kill an animal myself. Actually just the sight of blood would make me faint. How could I cope with this feeling? :( The cognitive dissonance is so strong. Last reason, all my clothes would not fit anymore, and it's sooo much money!! Right now I wear extra small size, but at a healthy weight I would wear small or medium. There's no way I would be able to fit in... anything really!!
I'm sorry you are going through this, but you need to put your health first. I suggest you read a book called The Vegetarian Myth and check a Fecebook group called Restoration Health Vegan Recovery Group. Best of luck!
I was vegan for 6 years and my body was also refusing grains, legumes, and starches. I couldn’t understand why cause those foods were a staple for me. I was getting nauseous at the thought of eating another bowl of rice and beans. I decided to experiment with animal foods and thought I would go back to being vegan but now I can’t imagine ever being vegan again. Try some high quality animals foods. I know you will feel much better :)
@@MistakenMystery ^ This. I have severe constipation IBS and the only thing that keeps me shitting normally is rare/raw meats and a lot of milk/water. Oh and fish. Fish are really gentle on your bowels.
Sounds like you’re suffering and you must remember the definition of insanity in this moment. Doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result! Please try some eggs, something simple. Your body is screaming for you to listen. Please take care!
I watched the entirety of part 1 and 2 so that I could be as objective as possible with my response. To be entirely honest, this entire journey sounds like an eating disorder combined with extreme mental strain and depression. We're talking about years of restriction, binging, overcomplicating meals and relying on superfoods combined with hallucinogenic drugs. This is NOT normal veganism. Regardless of the diet or lifestyle, this kind of behaviour would exhaust anyone, and in my opinion, professional help should have been pursued, perhaps at an eating disorder clinic or from a mental health professional, as opposed to relying on "shamans" who are not professionally trained in mental or physical health . I don't want to sound unsympathetic because this was obviously an exhausting journey. You have a lot of strength and resiliency to get through it, but to blame these results on veganism is simply unfair. Having disordered eating bevahiour combined with the trauma you suffered from cannot be cured by eating a specific food. At the very least it requires help from a mental health professional. I, too, felt that the low fat fruit based diet was much to difficult to maintain, and to remedy that I simply added in extra fat, salt, and now eat a balanced vegan diet. No restriction, no binging, no obsessive behaviour, because that is the normal response of someone who has a normal relationship with food. I'm not saying this in judgement, but to show how extremely different a normal response is to food versus having a mental health issue. I've been vegan for 12 years and have never experienced the extreme highs and lows that you have because this is not normal! On top of this, obsessing over salt intake can be extremely dangerous. Low levels of sodium can have a very negative effect on the body, resulting in seizures, chronic fatigue, and can take years to correct. Again, the dieting, restriction, extreme fasting and bingeing you experienced was not a representation of a vegan diet. This was an eating disorder, plain and simple. To ignore advice from the leading world health professionals, following UA-camrs who are NOT properly trained and continue to restrict on a vegan diet, and then claim that the issue was veganism is a very skewed perspective. It's no wonder you experience digestive issues and fatigue. I can't imagine feeling even remotely normal after the restrictive binge/fast cycle that went on for 8 years. Also, the other "ex-vegans" who recently went back to eating animals had the exact same patterns of restriction and none ever tried eating a balanced vegan diet long term. It's no surprise that after years of this restriction, having animal products loaded with hormones and 40oz of caffeine each day made you feel an improvement. Also, where's the logic in seeking the advice of UA-camrs as opposed to actual nutritionists? The idiocy in this blows my mind.
Hey Tarah. I saw your facebook post on how you were sharing that these exvegans are leaving veganism because it is not "cool" or "trendy" anymore, when that is not the reason, among others, that i would completely shift my lifestyle and diet. I don't care what is cool or trendy I care about what brings my body health. Accusing someone of an eating disorder is a very serious accusation. As I stated in the end of this video (since I already was accused of having an eating disorder after part one) that all of the mental strain, the confusion around what to eat and how to eat, the stress of that, disappeared after eating animal foods. I know you are going to be vegan for life, if that is allowing you to feel the most healthy and vibrant you can feel, then i am so happy for you. What makes me feel upset is that you accuse me of having an eating disorder when , like i already shared, everything i had been struggling with around food went away once i started eating animal foods. My own body was doing the opposite of thriving eating a vegan diet for 8 years. Like I also shared, the only times my body felt like it wasn't in pain or struggle were during these fasts that I did. These fasts were for short periods of times in my entire 8 years. Why did i continue to go to fasts? Because I would feel so ill I didn't have another way to help my body rest and heal. Outside of these fasts, I was doing the opposite of restriction, binging, due to not feeling nourished, satiated, healthy, etc. Out of the 2,920 days of my life that I was vegan, 140 of those days were in a type of fast. 2,780 days of NON-restriction, and you are saying I was restricting throughout my entire vegan journey? False statement. I always ate enough calories for my body, and usually more than my body needed, trying to get some sort of nourishment, satiation, and to try to feel health and not sick, ill, bloated, in pain, etc. I was also eating more fat and salt outside of the 2.5 years low fat raw vegan. Other ex vegans that i personally know all shared that they were having continual health problems no matter what supplement or protocol by doctors they were following, and then animal foods helped them. I don't consume caffeine, my 40 oz of tea is all herbal, non - caffeinated :) . The animal foods I eat are organic, wild, grass-fed, and free range, so not sure where the "loaded with hormones" you're saying i'm eating is coming from. Seeing as the only vegan foods I don't have serious reactions to is normal amounts of fruit and small amounts of veggies, I don't see how going to a vegan nutritionist or vegan doctor would've solved anything since i'm sure they would have shared what supplement or food protocol to follow, when my body was already telling me what was making me sick, i didnt need more supplements or a different vegan way to do things, I needed to try foods that I had not in 8 years, yes that meant animal foods. I took a step towards my health, and it has brought it back. I know you don't feel these foods are even foods, let alone can bring anyone health, but they brought my health back emotionally, mentally, and physically in ways I didnt even know I needed.
I'm glad you can say you are trying not to be judgmental and then you talk about her idiocy. I am also glad that you know that all other "ex-vegans" had the exact same patterns of restriction and none ever tried eating a balanced vegan diet long term. !!! How the heck can you know that? How can you possibly know what all "ex-vegans" have done. You do understand how delusional you sound. Barely any sympathy for her struggles but definitely tons of judgment and righteousness.
I never expected you to eat cooked food. I remember years back when several raw fooders started including cooked food you gave em a bunch of crap for it. Now that you're saying eating cooked food is better I wonder if in a few years you'll be saying that including some animal products are better.
@@RadiantHealthForAll interestingly enough, I'm not saying that cooked food is better. I actually feel far better eating raw, but living in Scandinavia has taught me that eating raw is not sustainable everywhere. The fruit quality in Scandinavia is very poor, and I really wouldn't suggest that anyone there eat an all raw diet as their health may suffer from lack of quality food. Regardless, I'm an ethical vegan of 12 years now. I went vegan before it was on social media, when all I had access to was basic fruit, veg, tofu and soy milk, and I will be vegan for the rest of my life because I'm in this for two reasons only, the environment and the animals. I've dedicated my entire life to activism and work as an activist full time. I will never turn my back on animals or the environment. Without the health of both, humanity cannot survive on this earth. Also, my ethics and values aren't changed on a whim. I may adjust my specific food intake for my climate or food availability, but that has no impact on my stance as an ethical vegan. I made one mistake, as Jenelle did, years ago, listening to raw UA-camrs to dictate what type of food I ate. I learned from it and now listen to actual peer reviewed medical science, not random people online who think they know what they're talking about. Doubt all you'd like, but I'm an extremely committed and dedicated person and I'm not in the least bit flakey.
Also, I’m so happy you found the right path for you! Good god it really hurt me to think I failed at the perfect diet, when in fact, the American health system failed me, and I chased a fake vegan diet, only to find I’d been lied to.
I'm glad you found something that is working better for you and that you shared the update here. I have found a similar diet to work best for me. Meat, eggs, salmon, veggies, and some berries. There is almost nothing else I eat and I feel best with these. Props to you for sharing your truth even when you have a huge vegan following. Your real friends will still be there, vegan or not.
Oh and one more thing, I also had terrible Ayahuasca trips! I could see some people could also be sick, but they will recover next day nicely after some sleep. They were chatting next day and I just wanted to hide as I was feeling so sick. I was in the sickness Olympics, my head was about to explode as well, and I was just weak. That's the word, weak. When I listened to you I recognized the experience. So grateful we snapped out.
Oh dear. No shame. No ill will to you but it shocks me that you don’t care about animals being abused. Most pevious vegans will atleast claim they try to source animals who lived decent lives so they can sleep at night or save face I suppose. Assuming you know the basics of what happens in factory farming, you’d have to be an awful person to knowingly participate in that. Atleast you’re honest about your apathy towards other living creatures. Are you the devil or something? Yikes! Sorry for my attitude, I just don’t get it! I’m sure you’re a nice guy in person but jeez man!
@@ourfamilylight I eat what I can afford. Do your parents, grandparents, friends, family eat factory farmed animals? I'm assuming they do? Are they all the devil? Think before you speak.
I am happy to see and hear that you are feeling well now. I too was raw for awhile and am now just whole foods vegan. I've been vegan for a little over 8 years myself and I will say raw served me for a short time but no longer does. I too struggled with finding what kind of vegan worked for me and I have come to a place where I have found what works for me and feel good and at peace. Animals or no animals, I do not view you any differently. Health is health and although vegan works for some, myself included, it doesn't work or serve everyone well. I am happy you have found your health Jennelle. Sending my blessings to you!
thank you so much krista. so happy that you found something that allows you to feel healthy and happy. trust me, i never thought mine would be animal foods, it was the hardest decision of my life, but i am grateful every day for allowing myself to see how it would affect me :) sending you so much love.
I come with a lot of compassion to say that is very clear that you struggle not just with depression, but with an eating disorder and compulsive eating. I see myself in you. Before I went plant based I struggled with the same issues I continue to have after 4 years plant based. Simply because both of us have an underlying cause that needs attention. The problem is that we don't know which unmet need is that (probably from childhood). I know I had a terrible father, he was a monster and I grew up in a constant state of FEAR. Most likely you will still binge eat and find yourself struggling again at some point but I do hope that I'm wrong, because I also would go back to eating animals products if I knew this would bring me peace of mind once and for all. I'll keep following your journey because you are being honest, unlike many UA-camr out there and also because I'm rooting for you. Be well, beautiful. 💗
Hey Gre. I appreciate you sharing everything you have with me here and I am so sorry about your childhood and struggles with food. I will kindly reply that I don't have an eating disorder since everything that I was struggling with food wise (relating to always feeling like i needed to eat / no satiety / lack of proper nourishment from only plants) disappeared once I added animal foods back in to my diet. I truly feel in my depths that all of those struggles around were food were BECAUSE of not getting the nourishment that i needed following a vegan lifestyle / diet. I never had any sort of struggles mentally or emotionally around food, until going vegan, which i didnt make the connection with. My body isn't screaming and yelling for help anymore because it is getting the nutrients that it needs to actually function and I am so grateful. It was very shocking to me that the mind chatter and the need to feel like i had to keep eating because of not being satiated just stopped once I incorporated animal foods into my diet. I'm grateful for what you shared but I politely disagree with the eating disorder comment. I was abused verbally and physically in childhood, to be transparent. I am beyond grateful to be at a space now that I am feeling nourished from my food. I feel honesty is so important and I have felt through everything that this is my truth. I do hope that you find peace and nourishment from your food. Blessings to you
I’m so sorry to hear about the horrible day, and the injustice of the court system. I had the same situation in Boston, it was by luck he ended in jail
Common theme with raw vegans going back to flesh here. Fasting, caloric restriction, obsession with image, crazy spiritual and nutritional beliefs (aka mucoloid plaque).
Sorry to disappoint. Whilst I ate a fruit based raw vegan diet I didnt do a fast, and I've never restricted calories, bro! 🤣 Health struggles remove any fears about trying anything to get your health back. Funny thing about going fruit based raw is, initially you can and I certainly did initially feel great. High energy, everything you might want. I think it just cleans you out. Over time though, for myself and a great meny others your hormonal system bottoms out and your health collapses.
In the end the truth will set you free... we need to eat animals, that's the truth. Great and brave testimonial. Thanks for that and happy for you...you found the truth about nutrition..😍
i could not have lived in a fasted state. i still try to fast at least 12 hours in a 24 hr period, with sleeping and then not eating until i'm hungry, which is usually around 12-14 hours. i don't force myself to fast either, im just not usually hungry until a few hours after i wake up.
Jennelle LeMoine It’s not about living in a faster state. The protocol has really changed since you last done it. There’s multiple levels to choose from (days per week etc) and they say going back to eating 7 days a week after Fasting of far too hard on the body I’ve found that. I simply can’t eat like I used to. 💙
I have listened to both of your videos, so this will be a continuation of my comment on your part 1 video. It sounds like you had experimented with a large spectrum of ways of eating a plant-based and fruit-based diet, as well as delved into a lot of extreme fringe and dangerous practices like dry fasting, taking drugs without having the ingredients disclosed to you, and long term fasting due to trusting some highly unqualified and apparently also quite rude “gurus” in the raw and fruitarian community. I hear that you did these things out of desperation to heal yourself because you were in pain both physically from health issues and also emotionally due to being unsatisfied with your appearance. I absolutely understand feeling desperate to heal, as this drove me from junk food vegan to clean eating for healing as well. I’m sure you may already be aware, but longterm raw fruitarian Robert Lockhart recently passed away due to the damage that dry fasting and longterm fasting had inflicted on his organs. One might say, “See! Fruits are toxic for us! A fruitarian died at 75 because his organs shut down!” But the medical doctors who scanned his body said that his organs had sustained excessive damage due to his fasting habits. I feel that an “addiction to detoxing” is so very common in the raw and fruitarian community. So often we see people going back to a very low fiber diet following these fasting practices because their gut bacteria and digestive organs can become so damaged that the body can no longer digest fiber properly leading to things like SIBO, for example. I am sure that a damaged digestive system would absolutely feel much better after switching to a low fiber diet following such excessive damage. I have also considered that my little bit of dabbling with fasting may have contributed to organ damage. Additionally, I have been having horrible troubles with sleeping. So, I want to share with you what I did. I went to a plant-based credible medical doctor. I did tests and sleep studies. I even had an abdominal ultra sound to make sure that my organs were okay. I was diagnosed with a structural breathing problem called obstructive sleep apnea which means my airway didn’t fully develop and it is very tiny, so it obstructs air while I’m trying to sleep. I also got diagnosed with narcolepsy, which is a chemical problem in the brain causing my sleeping problems. I am sharing this with you because going to an actual doctor and obtaining clear answers has helped me so very much in understanding what I need to do for my body, and how being on a consistent plant-based and fruit-based diet has literally saved my life all these years by keeping the inflammation down as low as possible. I do not believe that well-planned plant-based and fruit-based diets cause harm or health problems, and the science doesn’t show this either. I believe it’s all the other stuff we do in an attempt to heal ourselves that causes all the problems. Fruits and veggies get the blame, but sometimes, there are other underlying issues going on. Some can be fixed and healed with diet, some cannot. A wrecked gut and organs no longer able to digest fiber can be healed too, but perhaps with professional medical help, not unqualified “gurus” and anecdotal testimonies. Please, dear one, I am so sorry for all the pain you have gone through. I truly am. I am also sorry that you feel that you have no choice but to take animal lives in order to survive yourself. I believe you may have been seriously damaged along the way due to some terribly misguided advice, but I believe you can still heal and be vegan for the animals if you so choose by accepting the help of a qualified vegan medical doctor to get to the root of your underlying problems. If nothing else, having a name and an understanding though professional diagnosis has been a game-changer for me. I understand now what is in my control and what is not. I wish you peace and healing, but do fear that animal products will cause you further damage down the road. Please get your blood work done regularly to monitor your hormones, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. Even meat-eaters have problems with absorption and deficiencies due to gut damage.
With all due respect, eating animal foods has finally healed this young lady, but you still feel the need to interject with your vegan doctrine! Food was made for man, not man for food. It is no more unethical for humans to eat animals than it is for other animals to eat animals, it is simply the cycle of life on this plane we live in. All the best to you & your food choices, because only you, get to live with them, so let others do the same.
I will summarize more clearly and briefly for those with limited attention spans. TLDR: PLEASE SEE AN ACTUAL CREDIBLE MEDICAL DOCTOR AND GET A PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSIS. Fruits and veggies do NOT hurt people. Extreme detoxes, drugs, asshole internet misguided unqualified raw fruity “gurus,” and extreme dry/water/juice fasts ABSOLUTELY DO HURT AND KILL people. Low fiber diets in the longterm won’t resolve your inability to digest fiber from the damage caused to you. It simply masks and enables the real underlying issues which may or may not be in your control to fix with diet and lifestyle. Resolving those underlying issues could allow you to be vegan for the animals, if you would rather choose to continue down the path of compassion for the animals.
Adding bone broth, liver, raw milk, and cod liver oil to your diet will help you to heal even faster! Glad you are feeling better after all you went through
Thanks for sharing your story...i know it takes courage in this cooky world. You have been through a lot and i really feel for you. I also think we all want boxes... vegan not vegan carnivore plant based... blah blah blah... but these boxes restrict our truth. I share this because i feel your juxtaposition with eating animals. There is a lot of gray area and I hope you will not throw the baby out with the bathwater. For instance, you mention going back to vegan for 48 hours... and my stomach turned from the foods you ate..i am vegan and don't consider those edible. 😂 Just saying... explore as you feel called but stay open... it doesn't have to be all or nothing.. there are no real clubs... clubs are mind boxes. 💗
Thanks for sharing your story so profoundly over your all your experiences with it and your emotional state and thoughts through all of it. Veganism is a cult that sucks you in till you finally step out of it. It seems like you were in that prison for way too long. But, you have saved and you get your life back. I am sure you’ll find a variety of adventures that you couldn’t possibly do before or prevented yourself to do as due to lack of motivation. All that fat cravings you had kept you from extreme deteriorating. You are beautiful from the inside and outside.
Veganism is a cult? Being compassionate and deciding to not be apart of killing torturing and eating innocent animals is part of a cult? Trying to save our planet and humanity is part of a cult? If anything meat eaters are a cult. They enslave animals, they forcefully RAPE the animals and then take their babies from them. Then they STEAL the babies milk and milk each cow until it is drained completely. And THEN. and ONLY THEN. After the cow is so exhausted and drained at not even a fourth of it's possible age they take it to a slaughterhouse and murder it and THEN they mutilate it and eat it. Eating meat is a CULT
They don't understand the cycle in nature and how the eco system work.its laughable how they think veganism can save the environment.i cringe every time they brought up that argument. they are just first world snowflakes
It's never wise to generalise. People have different constitutions. Aspects of any social polarity you can think of have extremist, culty corners - and whatever the focus (religious, food, political) they attract the same kinds of intense people. Sounds like Jenelle was doing a lot of extreme things with extreme people. High fruit people tend to be a bit crazy and they have that reputation within the more reasonable levels of veganism - "non culty" vegans are around, they're just invisible in the public sphere because they're not the types to wade into a pointless fight online, and the media etc don't talk about that side of it. It creates a stereotype. I've been vegan for almost 20 years and have had none of these awful problems, my health has only improved. I don't like the world we live in, it's cruel and grotesque - but it always has been, always will be. Everybody's different, that's all. I'm glad J has found what suits her - but it's certainly not true for everybody.
I’m stoked you feel better btw, my sister @soberlove and I failed on a short term on and off vegan/fruitarian/raw diet, we are genetically Sammi, and, they don’t do plants, maybe some berries, but those are for the heard.😂no peasant food
You might want to try getting some live Kefir grains and making home made Kefir... it'll do your insides a world of good. Good luck on your recovery, and as others are saying, dont be afraid of the salt. When you cook your own food from quality ingredients, salt is a must.
I loved your rawness and honesty on both videos but then I looked at your insta and the statuses that go with the pictures contradict what your saying here, I appreciate you had an image to maintain and I wondered if you could talk about that and those captions in a future video please?
Charlotte Potts I kept a positive mindset throughout everything as much as I could and continued to try and share positivity, even if I felt it only for a moment. Striving to feel better every day and also sharing what I thought and felt to my bones about veganism and health... I just hoped everything would start to get better and so I continued to share positivity and inspiration. Rather than trying to uphold an image I truly wanted to help people eat more healthy food and help themselves find health. I kept believing and hoping, so I kept sharing.
I do not have the luxury to leave 811 my life depends on it when i eat meat i bleed i swell had paresis .. i pray God showes us how to prevent attacks and protect ourselves and the blessings of our fasts. I was always curious about holistic things but I only permitted myself and was led to experience it under the protection of the blood of Jesus Christ. I am very self conscious and shy I protect myself from wondering eyes as much as I can and I test every information with the spirit of God. Wwjd. What do you want me to do Lord? When we let God step up for us we also end the cycle of harming others... Daniel fast has led me to learn about 811 and being connected to our Savoir is the most important. I hope and pray that God renews your heart and heals your soul gives you wisdom of His light and grace and heals all our relationships and every part of our lives. 🤍💞💓
im not religious about anything, im a carnivore, I try never to eat plant products but will eat anything at certain times. if you eat animal foods and salts regularly and a day or event pops up and you can stomach what they serve, eat it, don't think about it, then go back to eating your normal diet. its not a big deal ad no one cares.
Fellow 8+ year vegan to ex veg here, who was partially inspired by freelee (who linked the Gary Yourofsky speech). Thanks for sharing your testimony! I'm also healing the damage done to my body. Do you think you will ever do ayahuasca again? I'm going through a journey where after quitting veganism, I stopped all "spiritual" pursuits but recently I'm realizing I can still be a spiritual being even though I have to eat meat. Anyways, much love! ✌❤✌
Jasmine Marie happy you are feeling better!! Yes I love that, we are spiritual Beings no matter what we eat. I’m not sure... haven’t felt like I wanted to yet... when I think about it all I think about is that experience... 😰 I wouldn’t want to feel that ever again lol
@@JennellesJourney Yes I don't blame you! You're so brave for all the trips you already did. So glad you're feeling much better too!! Currently working out with heavy weights, feels amazing 🤗✌❤
Though i am not a meat eater, but i encourage you to do whatever you feel good on. Thanks for sharing your story. PS= 1. You should do video about your incident you mentioned so that women could learn something about how to avoid it etc 2. You said you released lot of Mucoid Plaque, does it come now also ?
I couldn't believe it....I was glad though...I came from Bobby's Perspective to your channel and scrolled down. I was shocked that you were the same person from your "breaking 108 day fast" video. I had seen it years ago. At the time I was like "here we go again with these crazy, extreme vegans....😒". So glad you are recovering from the mindset.....it's a mindset you have to heal from :-( God bless.
Seeing you in a video with Ralph smart, led me to watching both part 1&2 of your testimony. Gained insight from your life story and diet. I was inspired to go vegan by ralph this year. It became simple to do overtime, because my intention to get rid of my skin condition was super focused. I too have a history of depression and severe anxiety as well. Eating vegan and becoming more intuned spiritually was the way to go it seemed. The only benefit with the diet change this far (which I'm not able to feel ecstatic about) is weight loss. My skin condition is progressively getting worse, which only fuels my depression. I thought cutting out the mucus from my body would stop the inflammation in my body, and therefore clear my condition. Unfortunately thats not the case. I'm slightly tempted by your successes in diet, to go back to healthy meat and dairy. I don't know what else to do.
blessings. thank you for watching. i would suggest the only dairy to start with, in your case, to be butter, then adding other dairy and experimenting with seeing how your body does with them. i feel best with meat eggs fish and butter :) . yes, experimenting to see what feels best is the only way to see! sending you a lot of love and prayers
Thanks for such a long and detailed discussion of what you went through. I'm sorry that you suffered so much. So glad you are recovering so well now. :O) Would love to know your blood type, if you know it, as that is of interest to me, how it fits (or not) with how you fared eating no meat/fish/eggs and now eating very little else, and also your ability to fast for so long - so impressive! Thanks. xxx
I wonder if you eat what you eat the day you went back to eating vegan after your friend said you weren’t eating enough they are hydrating enough but I added Animal if it would’ve prevented the bloating and pain the next day?? Maybe it was something that you were eating on your vegan diet that was making you react that way because I don’t think fruits and vegetables on their own would do that and I don’t think that animal protein would negate that. Did you ever think of that? Just a possibility I’m trying to help you figure this out as you were telling the story too and maybe add some things that you haven’t thought of
Im a bit confused. First you said that you have never felt as good in your life as when you were near the end of the master fast. Then later you claim that on your vegan journey you continuously kept feeling worse and worse. Why do you think you felt so great on the master fast when it was the least nutritious vegan 'diet' that you tried? Why didnt you go back to the master fast instead of starting to eat all sort of vegan junk food (grains, nuts and seeds)?
Sun Life012345 I personally felt amazing energetically and emotionally and mentally on the fast, but the big factor about that is I wasn’t digesting all of the fiber and other foods other than juice, so my body was feeling in a state of rest / cleansing so I felt great truly. I know being my athlete self and training like I do I couldn’t maintain living on this fast nor would I suggest anyone live in a fasted state, so I needed to go back to eating foods to build strength/ be able to workout again. During that fast I did very little activity and my physical body felt a lot weaker so I needed to go back to eating to rebuild :)
It’s strange about your teeth feeling harder because you can’t go enamel back I also were away almost all my animals from eating so much pineapple I didn’t even think about it but I love it so much I used to eat at least one a day and since I live in California they’re always right but I went to the dentist and he asked if I was eating a lot of lemons and I looked at him like “umm nooooo....who eats lemons?!” And then I asked him about my little pineapple addiction because my dad had mentioned he was concerned about it and he was like “Yep that’s what it is you need to get off the pineapple” as if it was some drug! I haven’t had any since the two I had left in my kitchen after that. I’m really sad about it but also mad at pineapple for doing that to my teeth LOL I wish I had known. One of the hygienist I went to had also said “oh yeah pineapple the fruit that eats you“... As if it’s some common knowledge. And I mean I know it’s acidic and I know it has enzymes that break down food but I never even considered that it was eating away my teeth. So I’m gonna miss it forever and I used to love it so much but I finished my lifetime supply of pineapple already at only 37 ☹️
I wouldn't wish an easy life on my worst enemy. You are so much stronger and smarter for your tough journey. You are so beautiful too. You made my day.
I tasted a wagyu beef burger for the first time today. It tasted like magic, and it seemed warm and like it was cuddling me from within after I was done eating it. Like happiness and health in my belly.
I’ve been vegan 26 years... I’m 51. My 19 year old daughter is vegan since birth. I met Jenelle at WFF the one time I went. She is a beautiful person. At the time I didn’t understand how she could be 100% raw and overweight. It’s obvious from their video that she has deep issues with food and food restrictions. Constantly on fasts... only eating raw food, fasting some more... how about you stop blaming your food issues on being vegan.... there are mental health issues around food it so obviously sad... I eat cooked vegan food! I’ve done raw for. Month here and there, but it was too restrictive and I craved cooked veggies and salt!! My daughter is 19 born and raised vegan. She is a talented artist and won her first 15k at the age of 14. In the 19 and under age category. She’s never been sick, just a cold here and there.. she’s strong as fuck.. she’s on the honour roll every year. Point is.. we do not have to eat animals!!!!! Check out my IG veganvixen68 she’s in the white dress... amazing muscle tone... I’m 51 and can pass for 40!! STOP EATING ANIMALS because we cans get all our nutrients from plants!!!
Everyone is on a different journey, you should understand that. She is basically telling the entire story of her life in a couple of videos which is something VERY brave and admirable; and she has gone through a lot. You have your good reasons and your valid arguments but every person's life is really complex and we shouldn't push into the one-size-fits-all narrative if we really want to heal the planet and humanity.
Bobby's Perspective shared your vid. Wow, what a story. Maybe part of your story is that you are your own saviour. You can't trust that a shaman will save you. You can't trust that the police will save you. you have to learn when to step out of the box that your culture has drawn around you. The way you are shaped, I wonder if you are a RCCX girl. you have a real star quality, thanks so much for sharing your story. If you tell the story of your attacker, you may want to talk to a lawyer so you don't put yourself in a compromised position legally. Don't take the vegan hate personally, they are stuck in their own propaganda.
Michael Sanchez I really do feel that truly, that in the end I was and am my own savior because only I know how my body felt and how it feels now 🙏🏽💜 what is a RCCX girl? I think as far as that attack, it was settled in court so I feel like I have the ability to say whatever I want but I will double check ☺️. Yes the negative feedback I have gotten, which is actually a very low amount so far, most of it sounds like they didn’t even watch my videos, or they would’ve have said the things they have posted/said. Sad really , but I know I had to share this wild ride because I feel like so many are just trying to figure out what feels best in their own bodies and with the constant amount of messages I have been getting on the subject, a lot of people are or were struggling... I’m just happy to open up this conversation door 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@JennellesJourney my friend Michael made this video with Wendy Myers. RCCX is a subset of people that are more sensitive than most people. It's a set of 4 genes. There is a facebook group called RCCX and chronic illness discussion. ua-cam.com/video/Lc8etrgSxeQ/v-deo.html
My uncle got MS and tried veganism for 2 years- since his new wife recommended it -, he is in a wheelchair now but he went vegetarian recently and feels much much better now. fish, shrimps- basically sushi saved him. fish eat fish, fish eat insects, nothing wrong with that, just as its nothing wrong for us to consume fish either. there was an arab who visited vikings in 900 ad who wrote that they had so much fish, and ate so much fish in the village, that they couldnt sell it. So yes, even europeans lived on a fish diet 1000 years ago. vegetarian diet worked for vikings, it will probably work for you as well. btw it goes without saying, you are brave and helpful for coming out with this. Sadly even a vegan lifestyle takes life, when the farmer work the field, and even kill black birds from coming near the crops. we cant get away from it. I might personally look into future lab meat, but I will still stick with eggs, pasta and cheese no matter what.
Thank you for telling your story. You are helping me to find answers for my diet, I have similar symptoms. I learned through the episode Joe Rogan Experience #968 - Kelly Brogan that we are so different and feel good with different foods. I Even in different places on earth we are developed to eat certain foods. It’s like our dna like different foods. I've been pushed into believing in only fruitarian foods are the right for everybody and a few years ago I told my friend to stop pushing me. But my body is Nordic, and my nerve system needs warm foods to feel good. I'm still searching for what the best is for me but in a more relaxed way. I think people who feel good with certain foods get very excited and want to tell the world but we have to remember that we are different. You are so brave, strong and healing is a bumpyride. Thank you for sharing, you're stength is having a ripple effect.
Be careful with eggs you might allergy to,You should try organ meat especially beef liver and kidney it really essential ,you should try it you gonna feel the big difference.
I eat mostly Fruits and vegetables and would never put a label on myself such as vegan or vegetarian because then that’s just too much pressure on myself and other people if I want to have a bite of something non-vegan so I just do it on my own and pretty much and sometimes I really want some salmon I don’t really like any other animal meat so that’s not really hard not to have but I just thought of another thing that might be of insight.fruits and vegetables and would never put a label on myself such as vegan or vegetarian because then that’s just too much pressure on myself and other people if I want to have a bite of something non-vegan so I just do it on my own and pretty much and sometimes I really want some salmon I don’t really like any other animal meat so that’s not really hard not to have but I just thought of another thing that might be of insight... Maybe you needed omega-3 and six and I don’t know if you were getting that in your vegan diet like Chia seeds have a lot of it and flaxseeds and so the salmon… I think 🏌Gary is super bad but Maybe you needed omega three and six and I don’t know if you were getting that in your vegan diet like Chia seeds have a lot of it and flaxseeds instead of salmon… I think dairy is super bad but not in it of itself but I thinkWhen we are not baby cows into all the hormones and things that go into it that are not supposed to be into it are getting into us so I do believe that’s not good. I also think that most meat is just rotting flesh on the shelves and I think that’s pretty gross. Ideally I would eat fresh fish straight out of the ocean but I think Fish is the safest and I feel the least guilty eating it (and the best eating it) Clearly you’ve done your research I was going to also mention the supplement DHEA but you already try that I honestly think if you got some blood work done you would find out a lot to you but I’m still not through your video so maybe you resolved everything and you’re feeling greAt now.....
Thank you for being thoughtful and sharing your story. I hope that you can find health, balance and peace with your diet and lifestyle. You have been through a lot, and there is no shame in wanting to thrive. While listening, it kind of seemed like veganism wasn't working when you went on a three month fast. If not eating anything is so much better that your current diet, that's a signal that should be listened to. It works for me, but I'm in a different life stage and have different health needs. Take care.
Any vegan friend who doesn't want to be your friend now, then fine, bless them on their way and be glad you see them how they are. F 'em. BTW you look so striking and beautiful with the haircut to me.
You should have said: after eating vegan I felt bad, now I eat meat I feel good. Thats it. Why so many explanations. Everyone with a bit of brain wont be vegan.
i wanted to give a detailed explanation because most people that have come out as no longer vegan get all the comments like "but did you do ______ ?", "you didn't do _____." so i wanted to make sure i lead out every detail so that wouldn't be an issue :)
Hello Jenn, Thank you for being brave and sharing your story. If your friends don’t want to be your friends because of you care about your health then you don’t need them in your life. It takes so much courage to speak the truth and I thank you for doing so. I was in the same boat as you are and by educating my self and seeing and hearing similar stories from other vegans, I was able to recover. I follow Frank Tufano’s channel since he educates the public about the benefits of animal products but also animal welfare. Take care! frank-tufano.com/
Jennelle LeMoine yeah. It's really interesting to me that when people are in that vegan mindset, their bodies will be screaming out to them, and when you reach out for help, they tell it's; normal, to ignore what your body is so obviously telling you, and to keep sucking down the poison. It's a sign that this wol is not meant for us, and the people peddling it do not have our best interests in mind. Veganism is a lot of things, but it isn't a diet. Recently I've been saying; Veganism is pure poison, because I really believe it is.
you shouldn't avoid salt, its crucial for health.
We absolutely need salt. I don't know why we are designed that way. But it is true. I'm currently on doctor order to watch/lower intake. Guess I ate too much. :(
@@Trytocookthis you don't need to watch you salt intake your body expels exes salt naturally doctor are fucking stupid.
Humans don’t digest rocks. Stone is desolved over time by water into small particles, taken up by the soil, nourishing plants, then plants eaten by animals and finally animals eaten by humans. The word you’re looking for is MINERALS found in meat, not salt.
@Martin I only consume sea salt, lost of it. in a family of six we consumed 25lbs in 8 months
the vegan ethical argument ends at their first question...

@@StephyGrowsWeed Mohammad? I don't think he should be an example to anyone.
Alexandra Shaw YES. I always say this.
And they will succeed, because the Lord is able to make them succeed."
Romans 14:1-4 GNB
Are you really going to try judge someone who chooses to eat only meat?
The drs aren’t concerned when you’re in a normal range... but you really should make sure you’re in the optimal range as it makes a huge difference in your body.
thank you so much! i am so sorry to hear about your struggles and i do hope that you find what works for you best. sending you so much love
I've seen your vids and vids you've appeared in throughout the years. I'm also no longer vegan. This was an amazing, and shocking video series. Thank you for being so transparent, honest, and detailed. I think it will help many people. God bless you, Jennelle.
thank you so much Jokul. i wanted to be as detailed as possible due to the subject matter
Glad you guys got out of the vegan religion
Thanks so much for sharing your story Jennelle! I don't understand people who unfriend their friends because they are no longer vegan. You have to do what is best for you, don't listen to other people's negative comments (if there are any). I'm glad you found something that resonates with you and that you are finally feeling healthy again
aw love you sweet sister
Audrey she needs to stop blaming her food disorders/issues/mental health challenges on being vegan!!
What a touching and incredible story. I was fruitarian almost 2 years until I came to the same realization you did. I've been eating animal products almost a year now and feeling better than ever. Blessing to you 🙏
GOAT ish I’m so happy you are feeling amazing! so happy you found what works for your body 🙏🏽🙌🏽💜
Have fun.
love this story! i never had lamb until a couple of months ago, i love it. feels good to try new foods and feel so good doing so
i was vegan since 2011 and never felt good. now since 4 months i am on keto diet and i am in best of my shape.. body wise & health wise & mental wise.
Good for you! Fuck veganism
The only time I’ve ever had any gut or energy issues has been when I’ve consumed bread or pasta or excessive amounts of sugar.
hi! thanks for sharing all this! i was also on a long term raw vegan diet and experienced awful digestive weakness, coldness, pms, depression, fatigue, among other issues. i am now also improved eating a cooked whole foods diet that includes certain animal products and avoids most grains and sugars. imo ANYONE who advocates a one-size-fits-all diet of any kind is automatically wrong! the raw food promoters were very convincing but in reality it took a huge toll on my health. our bodies always know best. much
so so happy you are feeling so much better. yes our bodies let us know when something is working for us, or not!
I am wondering this too. What changed?

Thanks for sharing your story with us🌹💝
aw thank you so much you are so sweet, much love to you.
I have followed you for a long time and genuinely feel that this comes from a place of honesty. Good luck to you and all of your endeavors.
thank you so much Katherine
Incredible story. I found your videos from Bobbys post. Im so happy you are better now... Many things that you have experienced about veganism I did too, and I know how I felt when I started eating meat again. Today I'm mostly carnivore and feel the best of my life. I believe your video will help lots of people who are struggling on veganism... I wish when I was in pain there were videos like yours to make me wake up.
Take care and I wish you the best!
Jessica Arndt so happy for you that you are feeling so much better!! I hope it does. 💜💜
Thank you so much for sharing such a difficult journey, my heart breaks for everything you’ve been through. You are strong, powerful and limitless.
Karley Vander Zee Thank you so much for your kind words ☺️🙏🏽💜
Again, I am so happy for you, so glad you found your way, I remember you over the years struggling with your health and when I seen these videos I had so much emotion because I am so happy for you and the others regaining their health. This video hit home, I was getting teary for you.

Youre a very brave and strong Woman!! I Wish you luck and health for your future
Just curious if you have tried going carnivore for a period of time after you left veganism?
7 years vegan here, feeling like crap :(
If I didn't eat at the canteen of my work place, I would prefer not to eat.
Get some raw milk and kefir and eat raw eggs, that will prevent you from ever getting constipated plus they will heal your gut.
Regardless of the diet or lifestyle, this kind of behaviour would exhaust anyone, and in my opinion, professional help should have been pursued, perhaps at an eating disorder clinic or from a mental health professional, as opposed to relying on "shamans" who are not professionally trained in mental or physical health
.
@@JennellesJourney - You don't need to justify being an ex vegan. You need absolute support with the carnivore and keto UA-camrs community.
Jennelle thank you for sharing your experience. That had to have taken a lot of courage. You are a beautiful person.
thank you Dennis!
Also, I’m so happy you found the right path for you! Good god it really hurt me to think I failed at the perfect diet, when in fact, the American health system failed me, and I chased a fake vegan diet, only to find I’d been lied to.
Real Life, Real People! Thank you for sharing your story 🙏🏿 I would love to hear any more stories that you share.

Nice work Jennelle!

Drewmorg has openly admitted he has ZERO issues eating factory farmed animals.
@@ourfamilylight And? Your mom probably eats them, too.
Oh dear.
Blessings to you
"guinea pig" is right. I'm glad that you have finally realized what your body needed all along. Wishing you health and success!

Toward the end of being vegan I also felt so exhausted and never felt satiated. Thank you for sharing your story 💗
Common theme with raw vegans going back to flesh here. Fasting, caloric restriction, obsession with image, crazy spiritual and nutritional beliefs (aka mucoloid plaque).

I’ve never done this but wondering if you ever got an allergy and or hormone test?? Might help shed some light. I want to just haven’t...
I’m curious, if you felt so good Masterfasting, why didn’t you go back to that? Or at least adopt a fasting practice into your lifestyle?
i could not have lived in a fasted state. i still try to fast at least 12 hours in a 24 hr period, with sleeping and then not eating until i'm hungry, which is usually around 12-14 hours. i don't force myself to fast either, im just not usually hungry until a few hours after i wake up.
Jennelle LeMoine It’s not about living in a faster state. The protocol has really changed since you last done it. There’s multiple levels to choose from (days per week etc) and they say going back to eating 7 days a week after Fasting of far too hard on the body
I’ve found that. I simply can’t eat like I used to.

Great story Jannelle, You look great today and I hope you continue to heal..
Danny Mecanovic thank you so much Danny!
But plant/fruit based diets DO cause health problems. This is the entire point of this woman’s videos?
With all due respect, eating animal foods has finally healed this young lady, but you still feel the need to interject with your vegan doctrine! Food was made for man, not man for food. It is no more unethical for humans to eat animals than it is for other animals to eat animals, it is simply the cycle of life on this plane we live in. All the best to you & your food choices, because only you, get to live with them, so let others do the same.
Anne Wamai what she said^ 🤷🏻♂️
I will summarize more clearly and briefly for those with limited attention spans.
Texas Fruitarian you’ll be eating meat and fish soon too, it’s just a matter of time.
So much trouble you had to go through :/

Good job, thank you for sharing your experience, you have helped many people.
I’m stoked you feel better btw, my sister @soberlove and I failed on a short term on and off vegan/fruitarian/raw diet, we are genetically Sammi, and, they don’t do plants, maybe some berries, but those are for the heard.😂no peasant food
Beautiful, amazing, and so brave is what you are, Jannelle, anyone who would try to tell you differently is simply a fucking asshole
You might want to try getting some live Kefir grains and making home made Kefir... it'll do your insides a world of good. Good luck on your recovery, and as others are saying, dont be afraid of the salt. When you cook your own food from quality ingredients, salt is a must.
U really did try every way to be vegan and I'm so happy that u understand the gift of the life in your body. :)
@@JennellesJourney like a fake it till you make it kind of situation? I genuinely hope you do feel better and you're healing emotionally and physical.
Yes I love that, we are spiritual
Beings no matter what we eat.
You’re very brave, loved hearing your story. Would love to hear you do an interview with Sv3rige
Though i am not a meat eater, but i encourage you to do whatever you feel good on. Thanks for sharing your story.
PS= 1. You should do video about your incident you mentioned so that women could learn something about how to avoid it etc
2. You said you released lot of Mucoid Plaque, does it come now also ?
Krishan Lal haven’t released plaque since that fast, yes that feels important for sure.
@@JennellesJourney ok. may i suggest you to add some green juices and steamed veggies also along with meat ?
Please tell us the name of the retreat so we know not to go there. I’m sorry for all you’ve been through.
So glad you are recovering from the mindset.....it's a mindset you have to heal from :-(
God bless.
The King's Lady thank you so much 💜
Seeing you in a video with Ralph smart, led me to watching both part 1&2 of your testimony.
Thanks. xxx
I honor you, sister. And I admire your strength!
Thanks so much for sharing your story! Good for you! XOXOXO
thank you so much!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ major love to you I’m so glad you’ve found your way 🙌🙌🙌
thank you so much
Thank you for sharing your story love 💗
thank you!
That’s interesting. I guess what’s best for ones health various from individual to individual. This has really put things into perspective. Thank you.
Rise Above TV thank u so much ☺️💜
Incredible story and thankful you found better health.
thank you! me too :)
So I’m gonna miss it forever and I used to love it so much but I finished my lifetime supply of pineapple already at only 37 ☹️
What a gift. Thank you for sharing your experience.
I wouldn't wish an easy life on my worst enemy. You are so much stronger and smarter for your tough journey. You are so beautiful too. You made my day.
jonsusc100 u are so sweet! Happy to, sending you love
I tasted a wagyu beef burger for the first time today. It tasted like magic, and it seemed warm and like it was cuddling me from within after I was done eating it. Like happiness and health in my belly.
Philodice I feel like you described what wagyu feels and tastes like perfectly ☺️
Thank you for sharing, you're stength is having a ripple effect.
thank you so much Merja.
Be careful with eggs you might allergy to,You should try organ meat especially beef liver and kidney it really essential ,you should try it you gonna feel the big difference.
Liver is litterly the filter of our body/blood and stores toxins. Its the worst thing to eat
Dr. X
LOL you poor boy
Dr. X tell that to all your ancestors. What do u think they ate first? 🤦♀️
Take care.
All fruit or all meat, VERY extreme there is in between !
i don't eat just meat. i eat fruit and small amounts of veggies.

Take care!

Angus Uchiha it is sure a wild ride lol
Jennelle LeMoine yeah. It's really interesting to me that when people are in that vegan mindset, their bodies will be screaming out to them, and when you reach out for help, they tell it's; normal, to ignore what your body is so obviously telling you, and to keep sucking down the poison. It's a sign that this wol is not meant for us, and the people peddling it do not have our best interests in mind. Veganism is a lot of things, but it isn't a diet. Recently I've been saying; Veganism is pure poison, because I really believe it is.
That's great...if one day I met you I will treat you a McDonald's happy meal..😃😃😃🍗🍕🍝🍔
