As per my knowledge Constitution is entirely different. As a Indian one should respect Constitution. Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana,Mahabharata, Bhagavata these are different. One more thing I want to say with humble request other religion people, they give respect their religious books. What is this ? Others will laugh & criticize openly. The sentence quoted by... Bhagwan & Swamy...(In Bhagavadgeetha) has the meaning of rebirth. MEANS: because of PAAPA & PUNYA is the reason for a birth for all Varnas.. with out PAAPA & PUNYA the birth of human is not possible.... that what exactly LARD SRI KRISHNA WAS QUOTED. But, Mr. Bhagwan was wrongly understood the slookas...
It is not that, 98% of humans are PAAPIGALU... The sloka stands on rebirth of a creatures... If paapa & punya is not there in the account of "Jeevathma" he will not take a rebirth, so Jeevathma will mingle in the lord. Beacause of paapa & punya the entire srusti is recycling...
