Thanks man! I would definitely do a deep dive of situation at NEU if your comment gets 20 likes ;) Just want to make sure that people want to know that.

Thanks man, appreciate your kind words! You'll find only pro-tips here, my idea always is to give you guys tried and tested solutions with no-bullshit.

Saw your videos. Very informative. You deserve more subscribers. I have a suggestion. As most students now will be coming in Spring 2021 and won’t be eligible for CPT and internships in Summers 2021. Can you make a video telling how can students get internships in Canada or any other country to utilise their Summers 2021 and stipend, expenses and requirements involved in order to get that. It would be really helpful for all of us.
Hey man! That's a good one, thanks for the suggestion and good words. I'll talk about more ways to utilize the summer for spring admits in a video soon. Although, do check out the spring vs. fall video where I have kinda made a point on how you can work on-campus to utilize the summers as the availability of such jobs is a lot more in summers. Also, if your goal is to graduate early or have only 1 course in the last semester (to have more time to find full-time) then you would want to stay local and take a few courses in the summer.
Hey Varun! I believe it's a relatively new concentration, please check out the job market of construction management in Boston/ MA area and decide accordingly. It might be worth considering colleges in growing cities like Dallas, Houston, etc. Also, generally speaking, that I have seen students struggling for intern and coop after pursuing this program but that depends a lot on what profiles are you targetting for intern/full-time and what is their availability. I would suggest choosing courses in a direction that has a decent job market within your project mgmt., you can do that job-market research in advance by looking for opportunities on LinkedIn setting Boston as a location. Hope it helps!
NEU this year is providing summer online scholarship to fall 20 students. They will choose 1 subject and teach us online for free. Should I go for it or should I do the entire course only from campus there ?
I would say go for it if you're hopeful that you'll be able to come to the US in Fall. One course at NEU is around $6500 which is almost the whole year of living expenses for Indian international students. Think of it as if you got an on-campus job for a year plus you don't have to spend time working on it as well.
This was really helpful!!
Can you please do a video NEU specific with respect to COVID-19 Situation?
Please
