I have a few questions: 1. Can I cancel the game early on the banking unit like how I can with the Monopoly Super Electronic Banking unit? Or does canceling mean it won't say who won? 2. The Monopoly super banking unit wouldn't flash unless something was covering it. The ultimate banking unit will always flash. Why does it do this? Also, if you don't like the flashing, you can press check and x to go to the volume screen when you aren't using the banking unit. It saves battery and prevents light-sensitive people from having a seizure, which can be a concern with the flashing red lights on the unit. Then when you need to use it, press the M to turn it "on"(meaning the card reader.)
When we land on a location on the board, it says we can move to ANY property. Can we decide to land on an owned property and buy it? (I don't think you can but I'm trying to settle something)
Another variant of this game I came up is that two of the event card spaces will be changed to force trade spaces. When you land on that space, you pull out the now reserved In The Money event card and tap the property you want followed by the property you want to give.

Between this version and the version with the previous electronic unit, it's literally the difference between doing business in the US pre-covid, and doing business during covid.
There’s no trading in this version because of mortgaging being replaced with giving the other playing the card, so it’s easier for individual cards to move about
This is monopoly anymore. The new banking units are designed to follow the rules of Socialist monopoly where your properties are subject to the decisions of the game itself. I know. I've played ACTUAL monopoly and Socialist monopoly. If you can get your hands on the older versions of electronic monopoly, the older units only monitor money flow and thus allow open deals and negotiations.
Technically you can even trade properties, but that's under your own house rules. To transfer properties just use the event card that forces two players to switch properties. To transfer money use the functions to receive 200 from Go and pay 50 to get out of jail. This allows you to transfer money in multiples of 50. You COULD transfer in any amount desired if you use property's rents, but then you'd have to use more event cards to return the property level back to what it should, since paying rent automatically increases the house level, but at that point it could get annoyingly convoluted.

I think it depends if you agree on this before hand or mid game. There isn't a feature on the banking system that your card is blocked while in jail. So I guess you could incorporate that rule if u wanted.

I found a new move look if you want to buy the road/propriety and you don't have enough money you can still buy it your going to be bankrupt but you can pay off by a lower evaluated card let's take example you want to buy the 11 cost 200$ but you have only 140$ you go -60 but you also have number 2 which cost 60 you pay off whit number 2 your balance become 0 and you "change" number 2 on 11 🙂👍
I know this is #Monopoly Ultimate Banking but I think that Monopoly Socialism is the funniest idea for a Monopoly game. You can gather your friends and family to teach them about Socialism off of the couch. Of course, then you'd have to share your board with the community when you're not using it though.

A variant of this game that I came up with:

Assuming you're talking about lending money to another player, you can't because that's against the rules.
Unused rule in original Monopoly:
