I listen to this each day with ever deepening understanding and revelation. Then I wouldn't of spent most of my life battling sever depression, I've been to many psych hospitals, put on many drugs, therapy and the whole nine yards, nothing worked. I was only able to transcend my suffering once I stopped identifying with my egoic non-existing self, now I spend most of my time just being the pure awareness of my being, good or bad thoughts, emotions or sensations arises? I just witness them without judgement and they slowly no longer have power over me, it allowed me to live my life more conscientiously, presently and blissfully, namaste!
Yes, indeed! So many wasted years, it seems. Initiated as a Satangi 1972 and returned to the path 2019 -- to find what was needed - a complete circle. But hey! I'm found! :)

Wow! I 've been a seeker all my life, and have read and visited many spiritual centre, teachers etc.etc. And.... I never knew a mooji person existed. Quite by accident..i did not look for or have any intention of looking for Mooji. I listened to Mooji and i have been freed of me...free of the dream character that i have lived so far...

You know, I cannot help listening to this man. There are quite some teachers. Some are more inspirational then others. But there is none like Mooji. And i believe it is because he knows so well what he is talking about. Why? Because he lives it, he breathes it, he simply is this. This is why I believe his teaching have such a profound influence on those who seek to be free and to come home in the Self, in the BE-ing, including me. Such a Gift from Heaven!

When all the searching ends youll find peace but only then youll realize you ended up where you started, right when you were a baby ,pure awareness and innocence but with clearer thinking from a higher perspective .Just know everyone and everything is YOU just relax and let life flow through you knowing who you really are pure awareness as mooji eloquently puts yet so simple but difficult for ego to understand

Mooji's message is we are that which we can never think of, but only Be. By removing all the conceptual ideas of who we are and rest in the state of Being, Self-existing Cognitive Awareness then we will know we are already what we are searching for. So give up any kind of external search, but see directly what we already are within. It is the naked state of Self-existing Cognitive Awareness.

I was diagnosed with light insomnia in late-2020 and it comes and goes. For some reason, this video almost always puts me to sleep before the 14+ minutes are over. Can't figure out what it is, but I won't complain.
These words point towards the only medicine needed for the illness of identification with the form where all illusion of illness and death manifest. What is complicated, obscure, or vague, is made perfectly clear in the words of Mooji.

It is good and perhaps even necessary to hear these words regularly. Although they
are lovely words, the loveliness is beside the point. The real point is to see, if in fact,
they are true.

I had an astral obe. It was me and dark space with a huge planet of bone structure it was so close I could embrace it. I thought to myself how could this be, that I could be this close and something said, " because you are bigger, I was total awareness it had no size. I just was all of space . it was beautiful and I was sober. lol
