I built a team just like you taught and it worked. Thanks for all your advice and guidance along the way. I actually just met your business partner at a recent event in Ohio and he was a stand up guy. Anyone can make it with this business if they work hard and apply what you teach.

how do you train your cold callers on what type of deals to send your acquisitions? do they ask the seller what's the lowest they will take and if it's close to the MAO they send those to you to go look at in person? do they ever make offers over the phone to lock a deal up?

I know I’m not the real deal Max responding. For d4$, I usually drive around gathering abandoned/code violation property address. Look the owner up in fastpeoplesearch.com or if I’m doing bulk skip tracing, then I use Max’s system, REI skip, much cheaper than PropStream. Max has a video on UA-cam that teaches you how to skip trace. Propstream now have d4$ as part of there system. I would recommend contacting their customer support for help. Please keep in mind they charge $97 monthly.

+Max Maxwell if you leave your bandit signs up, I'm assuming they are legal in county. If it wasnt legal an you wanted to post the signs on Friday night and take them down Sunday night, would you pay your person they same amount setting them up and more for taking them down?

So who does the driving for dollars? Is that your/ owners job? Then send to admin va to make/ scrub list for cold caller?
