I'm glad that the Brazilian that was interviewed was completely sincere and expressed that they don't speak Yorùbá language in Brazil and that they only use Yorùbá-derived lexicon for Òrìṣà songs of Candomblé religion.
However, Yorùbá language does not have official status anywhere in Brazil. What Yorùbá language did receive during the previous administration is a cultural recognition, specifically in Rio de Janeiro. Nothing more, nothing less.

Congratulations on a job well done. Thanks for fact-checking. If you recall I commented on the first video that claimed Yoruba is an official language in Brazil.
I guess those that didn't believe me back then can see for themselves now.
Once again, thanks for educating us.

Exactly! The false narratives must be done away with. Yorùbá language is NOT an official language in Brazil!

I’d like to add that there’s more to learn from Brazil. If some day, you more info about the AfroBrazilian heritage, language and culture, I’d get glad to help.

I want to commend you for a good job. But point of correction, there was no country called Orile Ede Nigeria during the Slave Trade. You are meant to say ORILE EDE YORUBA.

Pls, can you use your affluence to promote remembrance day for our ancestors who died in slavery? An event that should be observed by all places where Yoruba lives worldwide. I think this will represent the black day.

There are many ways to make the young generation rush to learn Yoruba.
One of them is to have a Yoruba quiz show on TV where people win money.
