Carb rebuild on the 96 Timberwolf 250

I think you missed setting the pilot screw. Mine's the 2wd version and the screw is supposed to be 1 1/4 turns out. Have you considered buying a repair manuel, on Amazon they are cheap ($28). They have helped me a lot. I'm rebuilding too,
