Hi.... I baught the same stepper motor and the driver. (HBS57H) but i couldnt find any wiring diagram for that. Can you help me for wiring? Going to mount 2 steppers parallel for Y axis. But i have no idea about wiring.
Hi, i bought that stepper driver and my closed loop stepper is makeing high pitch noise when it stops (1-2 seconds), also when I connect it to power supply. I find it to be very noisy in general. What experience do you have ? I can hear that its quite loud.
yes same here, its the hbs57h driver. you need a serial adapter cable and the software to configure it, then you maybe can change settings to stop this behaviour but i dont know which cable and which software works. i tried several cables and JMC HISU but couldnt connect to it.
@@noanyobiseniss7462 yes, its even unclear if its RS232 or TTL Serial. i tried with all softwares i could find, made cables, tried those setup panels.. now i just left it stock and use it this way. works great
hi, @ gamerpaddy @Elton Mello Gomes Cardoso @Piero Dellerba could someone help me and provide a software for programming the hbs57h? and maybe my encoder / stepper wiring is not right... (after a few turns, it stops with 7 Blinks (Position error)has someone a working wiring for me ?? and is the adapter (rs232-rj11) wiring for my adapter right and enough? pin2- pin6 RX-tx pin3-pin2 TX-rx pin5-pin4 GND
i asked sellers for this aswell they never responded. i bought a cable for hbs57, didnt work. i tried leadshine cable and even this JMC 2HSS57 handheld configurator... nothing rather get a unit from a proper seller not chinese scammer, like CL57T from stepperonline. they provide software and stuff.
Good night ! I purchased a kit for this hbs57h driver, but I can't find the rs232 cable pin and software. Could you help me by passing the link? Thank you very much!.
this driver is completely different from the HBS57 (as hardware)...is a clone of the HSB57 and is unknown to the web. the pinout of the connector is as follows: 1- + 5V, 2- SWDIO, 3-SWCLK, 4-GND, 5-RXD, 6-TXD. It is an RS232 TTL (0 to 5V). I have already tried all versions of sw (protune etc.) and it is not recognized.

look into the datasheet of the motor theres usually a page which describes what colors / pins is what

@@gamerpaddy same problem i think pinout is wrong in the manuals as well.
