I try to figure out who does it best but they all kill it, the guitar riff is catchy af, the drums are ON POINT, the bass line is fucking insane, and the vocals..... i don’t think i need to make a comment on that... holy crap. And they’re all like 19-21 years old... I mean.. Damn. I hope they’re here to stay.
i say the whole "thing" that is Greta Van Fleet is the VERY BEST of any great lyricists work we have heard in the past (i'm old) 50 years!!!!!and not just lyricists musicians in general as a working beautiful rock n roll BAND!!!YEEEEAAAAA!!!!
Just absolutely crazy to me I’ve lived this band since I found when I was 17 & to see how far our generation following our culture rock. 23 now awesome to see how they’ve came
been on these guys a couple of months now prolly heard their first album 30 or 40 times and the other 2 at least a dozen each i get that way with stuff that makes me feel good definitely already one of my "with me forever" bands
This band has the time and the talent. To get better and more interesting than the main stream rockers of today I bet you if. They have the same smarts as the other great bands I.e stones who led zep ECT. And don't lampoons on themselves they'll be able to make it to the rock n roll Hall of fame good luck boy s' you' ll. Need. It Ron Ventura ......ca ll
You guys kick ass josh got PIPES! And jake and Sam are like flea and fruschante or cocaine and waffles cuz I can spell that lol and Danny twitch is great drummer. Well balanced group
Fernando Callo this is actually false. Drumming has advanced over the years. By a lot. It is much better to record drums to a click. Even if the drummer hates it.
He’s singing properly and not straining himself which is amazing in itself. Yeah, his voice will change as he grows older, but I doubt he wil loose it.
Yeah this is great and all but the lick he starts playing at 5:25 was stolen from Jimmy Page, this dude literally ripped off that exact lick from "Led Zeppelin Stairway to Heaven live at Earls Court 1975" Page plays it at 7:03, look it up for yourself I promise you'll see what I'm talking about, and also the lead singers hand gestures were all stolen from Robert Plant, like I said just watch and you'll see
HE SCREAMS!!!!!!!!! AND HE DOES NOT SING!!!!!!!!!!!!! INSTRUMENTAL FANTASTIC!!!!! ONLY NICE SMILE!!! NOTHING MORE!!! SO MUCH VOICE EFFECT!!!!! ROBERT PLANT??? I THINK THAT JOKE???? NEVER!!!! PLANT REALY SONG!!!!!
Well considering that Robert Plant himself said the singer sounds like him and that the band sounds like Zep, I'd say you're the outlying opinion friend. Plenty of old LZ records to spin if this doesn't suit you.
Doctor: You have 6 minutes and 35 seconds left to live.
Me:
I think we can all agree that this is their best song.
Dimension Eater Obviously we all can’t, but you knew that.
I just came to that conclusion
Flower Power is up there
My pick is Safari Song
Brandon Gomez Edge of darkness

Yes they are.
Can we just take a second to appreciate the vocal riff starting at an A5 at 4:19
These guys are going to rock this world, which actually we need!
And they're bringing a whole new generation with them
Just love this song performance
So fun to read these comments in 2024! Way to go GVF!!! ❤❤❤

This song has been in my head for 4 days straight!! Also Tom Petty tribute @ 5:24 I hope?? No way they did that without hearing Last Dance!
Nah, bro, thats from live versions of the Stairway to Heaven solo. Look up the Stairway 1979 Knebworth and you'll see what I'm talking about.
NatSussNotSeuss Ik fav !!!!!!!!!
Danny you are the best. I love the drums in all your music.
I so love this song. And to see it performed live is a treat of perfection.
2:58 - 3:11 is insane!
been on these guys a couple of months now
prolly heard their first album 30 or 40 times and the other 2 at least a dozen each
i get that way with stuff that makes me feel good
definitely already one of my "with me forever" bands
Definitely one of my favorite performances
That fucking guitar at the end! I love this version!
Damned Ear candy that left me with a buzz! One of thier best songs with that guitar playing over the top at just the right time!
Ripping guitar solo!!! Talented band.
2:58 to 3:11 and 4:18 to 4:31 this guy's voice.
Whoa Danny’s arms look amazing. Talented guys
This is epic. And very effortlessly so 🤘🏻
Camera guy must be a drummer cause everytime there was a great guitar riff or hook hed go back to the drummer. Over all great performance though
was is first day and hopefully his last
Very beautiful... Keep rocking, boys...Go easy on drugs.... Youll be Fine....Just carry the torch of rock n roll.
Stick to weed and alcohol and they’ll be just fine

Oh My f__ing God...Those vocals, haven't had chills in a long time. Appreciate this is live...
Alright people let’s agree that their big three is:
Flower power
Edge of darkness
Safari song
You guys kick ass josh got PIPES! And jake and Sam are like flea and fruschante or cocaine and waffles cuz I can spell that lol and Danny twitch is great drummer. Well balanced group
These guys are fantastic!
Love it so fucking much man
what i simply see is 4 guys rocking out promoting good olde skool rock - and who can complain about that?!
Genial!
Best performance ever
I love how Josh grits his teeth singing the chorus
They are awesome !!!
Bassline is so tight..god damn
this bassist is...having a good time
This is the best new band
Robert Plant (respectfully) could never. He dreams of this vocal control.
Wow one of jakes best guitar solos
HOLY SHIEEEET!
What a fucking band bros!!! Cheers from Venezuela!!!
QUALITY
amo este tema!!!
This kid has a very great voice. And the band knows it. I'm sure.
Those brothers, they stand for the peace of the land. Is there meaning?
Fuckin wails
Holy shit. WELL DONE LADS.
Eargasm
I like the fact josh uses his deeper register a bit in this one, most of his other songs are much higher
Holy shit man. Blew me away
Play gvf for anyone who grew up during the 70s and watch them fall in love....
Stairway to Heaven mode 5:24
nice tribute to Stairway to heaven in the final part of the solo
The band sounds similar to zep but Jake sounds a lot more like Clapton than Jimmy (I'm not saying he's copying anyone's style he's extremely unique)
O YES!
stooopppp screamin !! luv ya buuuttt stooppppp screeeeaaaammmiiinnnn
Thunderstomp
Does anyone have a tab for the melody jakes playing at 5:24???
jake !!!!
Oh my god
shit myself a little with the guitar solo
5:23 Last Dance With Mary Jane...
Frodo bagins in vocals...
3:04
danny... damn ma is it that serious
Am I the only one that heard the 90s/grunge influence in this?
Nope
Thank you cocaine haha
Grace slicks grandson??
drummer has godamn turrets
That's called passion. Only musicians will unerstand it.
he listen to the metronom it is a good drummer...
leave him alone
@@theresaheyer537 Yeah hat Theresa said!
Fernando Callo this is actually false. Drumming has advanced over the years. By a lot. It is much better to record drums to a click. Even if the drummer hates it.
That will do boys. First one to get a tattoo is out of the band.
Grrrrr….
It's too bad the engineer didn't boost the bass, it is hard to hear. Maybe the room had bad acoustics.
He sounds like the singer from heeey whats going on 🤣🔊
That kid's voice is gonna be gone in a couple of years.
Tyler Davis don’t say that 😪
you're all heart mister
@Mista Lovalova Yeah don't say that Tyler!
He’s singing properly and not straining himself which is amazing in itself. Yeah, his voice will change as he grows older, but I doubt he wil loose it.
I agree, is one of that voices being forced With a lot of shows can be lost, like axl’s rose. Hope that doesn’t happen 🙏🏾
Led Zeppelin is that you?
OMG are we re-writing history?Jake Kiszka is better than Peter Frampton, Eric Clapton, and Mark Knopler. Very, very good.
Are you insane?
Ummm no!
I love these kids but they've all got a long way to go before being in the same frame as knopfler and Clapton! Just ask John Mayer..
Jake is not... YET. But considering that he's been playing since he were 3 years old and he is only 22...
...also beeter than George Harrison, the best.
We ain't pretty but does that even fuckin matter
? They are beyond handsome
Yeah this is great and all but the lick he starts playing at 5:25 was stolen from Jimmy Page, this dude literally ripped off that exact lick from "Led Zeppelin Stairway to Heaven live at Earls Court 1975" Page plays it at 7:03, look it up for yourself I promise you'll see what I'm talking about, and also the lead singers hand gestures were all stolen from Robert Plant, like I said just watch and you'll see
Its Tom Petty's mary Jane's Last Dance, if anything. Everyone pulls from the inspiration and makes it their own; Jimmy page had influences, too.
You understand those people were also influenced by people. Robert plant I promise was influenced with his hand movements from someone's eariler work.
yea jimmy page and zeppelin stole riffs too, what’s your point?
am i the only one who thinks the singer is just annoying?
Extremely.
lowkey
Black/HeavenVEVO yes u r the only one
Yes u r
Black/HeavenVEVO wait explain
Led Zeppelin wannabes
Music critic wannabe.
HE SCREAMS!!!!!!!!! AND HE DOES NOT SING!!!!!!!!!!!!! INSTRUMENTAL FANTASTIC!!!!! ONLY NICE SMILE!!! NOTHING MORE!!! SO MUCH VOICE EFFECT!!!!! ROBERT PLANT??? I THINK THAT JOKE???? NEVER!!!! PLANT REALY SONG!!!!!
PHOTODIGITAL ANDREAS learn to fucking string a sentence together before dissing a very talented band dickhead
Well considering that Robert Plant himself said the singer sounds like him and that the band sounds like Zep, I'd say you're the outlying opinion friend. Plenty of old LZ records to spin if this doesn't suit you.
Plus, you don't know sh#$# about music🤷♂️
Go back to listening to your Rap which is certainly not singing!
Not hard to tell life isn't going how you planned hahaha
