Yes, those are the ones I meant. I’m bad at remembering names, and I’m a teacher……. Thank you so much. They looked good.

Hi Roger, I have a question, maybe you could cover it in one of your videos?
I had new growths coming from a coelogyne cristata and also a Miltassia last growing season but they stopped once the weather got too cold, they have just stayed the same all throughout winter. Now that the weather is warming up, new growths have started to appear again, but these ones from last season have had no changes at all, they are still the same. Are they likely to continue to grow at some stage? It seems strange that they wouldn't continue to grow now it's warmer. Do you think they might of been flower spikes that aborted or is it plausible that new growth will do this? I'm just curious.
For reference, I am in Australia, so opposite season to you of course.

The genetics of the orchids will put out new growth at the start of the growing season - these are Northern hemisphere orchids and until fully acclimatised (if they even do) to the Southern hemisphere they will behave abnormally. If those are ne growths, they will probably never grow. Mine has a spike that started several moths ago and I do expect that to develop as we head out of Winter.

Amazing how many people view your videos within a couple of hours but …….. don’t leave a ‘Like’ ! 😢

Those people often only watch about 5 seconds. They've got notifications set on loads of channels and just respond to see if it interests them. Probably doesn't help the channel at all as it makes UA-cam think it's a poor vid.
