John Simm is such a brilliant actor. He can portray a vunerable, and completely straight-laced good character (Sam Tyler from Life on Mars) and can pull off this power-crazed, evil villian just as well.
Nice. I think my favorite thing about the latest Master incarnation is his weakness for cheesy pop music. It's a neat send up of the old, "Classical/epic taste in music." mastermind bit.
