You can’t blame Thomas Cook for the poor boarding procedures at LGW because it is handled by ground service agents, not Thomas Cook
Exactly... I work for TCUK customer relations and we get a lot of complaints regarding the boarding or the service in the airport... most people can't understand that the airline is only providing the flight... not the baggage handling or other ground services...
this guy is just grumpy as fuck, i hear people like this complain about PASSENGERS on a PASSENGER flight, 'sorry about the noise of the kids in the flight!'

1:13 Fun Fact: In the UK, places like LGW and LHR are just shopping centers that happen to have airports on its property. LGW's management is 100% dedicated to making your shopping experience as best as possible. 😂😂😂

Boarding 1 out of 10...daaamn you really took it hard man,but I would to I mean c'mon it was raining,I have seen airlines giving umbrellas for sun...
I recently flew on an A321 with Thomas cook back in July and the seats weren't blue, they were all grey with the flap thing on the top which had the Thomas cook logo on it

In regard to your question about lounges: I do like seeing lounge tours, but the option to skip them would be fantastic as well. I think there's a feature where you can mark a section of the video where the lounge tour ends. :) Thanks for your videos, they're great!

Komme eigentlich ziemlich oft nach Tirol (z.B. zum Skifahren), da wir ja mit dem Auto nur 45min von Österreich entfernt wohnen.

Holy crap that is a lot!
Good report as always. Thomas Cook have a very solid onboard product. However, the one place they could definitely improve on is their website/mobile site! It's a shame about the boarding procedure, although i'd more so blame the ground handling agents for this. I know Thomas Cook prefer the use of 2 sets of steps where possible on a remote stand and so i'd say the agents had non available/didn't bring them across.

Funny story about Innsbruck airport, we flew from Manchester airport and made friends with a couple travelling to Canada 🇨🇦 we laughed and said that we would be there hours before them even though our flight departed before theirs , well well well the captains seat broke and the first officer could not land the plane . We had to turn back . It took us nearly 10 hours and they were there , already relaxed in there hotel

Austrian steht auf unserer "to-fly-Liste". Allerdings ist nichts geplant bisher.
World hardest special license for landing on specific airport will be Paro Airport. Entire world less than 15 pilot are qualified land at Paro.

now, im not bruck but i live in innsbruck.
Remote boarding a full A321 via one door is just stupid, it is something Thomas Cook can control because they can tell their handling agents to do it, especially when it is meaning their passengers have to spend 10 minutes getting wet and probably take a delay to their departure because of it. Whether Thomas Cook actually want to do anything about it is another issue...
A quality airline. Will be such a shame if the brand disappears...
Kat Cymru you don’t have to worry TCX don’t operate that aircraft and also all the 737 maxes have been grounded for a bit due to the incident

50min from gate to runway, are u kidding me?!?! That's absolutely ridiculous!!! That's over half the flight time!!!
*Interesting side note...Out of 72 airlines reviewed worldwide by a consumer watch dog company, Thomas Cook ranked dead last.
Yet they've also won awards and are currently the "worlds leading charter airline" according to the World Travel Award. I think they have a pretty decent product, especially for their main market. IFE, a choice of chef named inflight meals and smart and modern (albeit on the tight-side) interiors. How they've been rated that seems to be from biased samples.

I’m fairly annoyed at how you are slagging TCX off for boarding, despite you knowing perfectly knowing full well that it’s Gatwick’s fault.
Now they’ve gone bankrupt, this is a good little way of remembering them.
