You can get Kevlar gloves which stop/reduce the risk of sharp sheets cutting through a glove. Those black ones are just nylon and easily cut. Arco do some. Might be worth a look into to stop any further issues.

People think scaffolders big hairy strong men shorts in winter n all that but you get a strong man to do the job yeah they can lift heavy stuff but think what some people don't realise and what you are showing is that it precise and everything has to be plumd and level to the millimeter otherwise other trades can't work... It's the cog..... 🙏💪

@@wayneevans2605 What part of Pointing out that chewing gum while talking was like "talking with your mouth full" was rude. I'd be surprised if Joe chewed gum when he went to those meeting where they discussed those big jobs that he is hoping to show us later. If he did & found out through the grape vine that he lost the contract because he chewed gup through out the discussion he probably stop chewing gum.
Unfortunately I come from the old school that is not a lover of gum.
After your guy gashing his hand thought you would have led by example and made gloves mandatory you don't seem to wear them a lot ? good cut level 5 the best maybe get a sponsor and get them for free
