Thanks for doing this video. Polo Sport was my *jam* back in high school 1997, and I just picked up a 4.2oz bottle out of nostalgia... I was *very* disappointed. It's now a shadow of its former self - pales in comparison. Performance for me is only 2-3 hours total, and it just isn't that close to the OG . I wish they didn't ruin it because it was so good and unique.
I bought the new one, not knowing about any of this, because I had a bottle of the old one from when I was young and I loved it. The smell doesn't last anything! I spray when I go out, and when I get to my job the smell is already gone. Just dissapointing.

America Sport by Milton Lloyd is a great copy of the vintage. Dirt cheap too.
I had this cologne back in 1995 and the color in the bottle was darker than the one i just bought today 12/20/2022 the bottle is lighter and it dont smell the same as the one in 1995

I had no idea they'd reformulated it. I used to wear it back in the day, and bought a new bottle, only to find that it dissipates pretty quickly.
I just bought the new polo sport, and i cant tell the difference. Its how i remember it back in 2001 lol
It does smell very similar @seanschaffer3331, especially if you don’t take the time to actually compare & analyse both formulations! It works, but still not the O.G vintage! Peace 😎✌🏼
Smell the same to me but the L’Oréal version (newer formula) doesn’t last nearly as long. Smells great though.

Honestly I can remember wearing this 30 years ago and it was still water, zero performance. Smells amazing but not worth shit

I just noticed bottle size is different
Hey @ Tyler Chaffins! That’s right, there are different bottle sizes depending on the bottle fragrance quantity you purchase. They offer: 40mL, 75mL, 125mL. The small ‘L’Oréale’ bottle in my video is just the 40mL, and the bigger looking ‘Cosmair’ one is a 75mL. Peace man 😎✌🏼

Way better. Luxury Products formula is very diluted, lacking most of the citrus top and that rich cardamommy smell from Cosmair formula.
Where can I get the OG? Ebay I’m assuming? How can I tell it’s from a authentic seller?

Only eBay or any reseller (that owned it and is now selling it) on like FaceBook Fragrance Groups that sells the COSMAIR version will work for you. Ask for pictures to make sure you see the batch code & COSMAIR on it before buying. It’s a risk in trusting these, and up to you if you which to make it! Good luck in your searches! Peace man😎✌🏼

What’s a good aquatic scent
Some ‘good’ aquatic scents @ Joseph Joestar would be: any Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio or Acqua Di Gio flanker (ex: Profumo, Profondo, Acqua Di Gio Eau de Parfum). Cheaper ones are: Ralph Lauren Deep Blue & Bvlgari Aqva Amara… Davidoff Cool Water! I’ve done reviews on them, watch those! Hope that helps you, peace! 😎✌🏼
Do you know of any good clone housed that did the cosmair version very good?
i have 2 reccomendations. one is the Dua Fragrances version called Endorphin for Him. it smells like polo sport made with much higher quality ingredients and has beast mode performance. it doesnt have that unique seagrass note that makes polo sport stand out though, so for pure accuracy to cosmair i reccomend Dapper Fragrances version of it
