l'm comparing 9L with 10L camera edition. Just like you, just for photography with my Leica M10. but on your video, it seems unstable when the camera lying in the bag of 9L. it lacks some separating layers which is contained in 10L camera edition. How do you think?
The bottom & front sides are not padded. Bellroy is coming out with a 10L sling that’s advertised as a camera sling. Maybe wait for that one to be announced before you decide what to buy?
Hey mate Love your content. I want to carry the basics keys wallet phone bottle of water 750ml And from time to time an x pro1 and the 27mm.But 98% of the time just the basics. You think the normal sling will be fine or go the venture. Any help would be great.

I was wondering if this sling will fit a Sony A7RIV with a lens attached and batteries. going on a trip and once I get there, I don't want to carry my backpack with the gear. Can't find a review that addresses this question
Its good enough padding when you set your bag on the ground that its fine! But there is a DIFFERENT bag for cameras taht bellroy made! The Bellroy Camera sling, that one has a divider!

Great review! I was wondering if an iPad Mini 6 (dimensions: 7.7 x 5.31 x 0.25in) would fit in the large zippered pocket in the main compartment? Wanting to separate it from everything else, especially if I throw a water bottle on there

3:18 the small pouch is meant for keys so that they won't scratch the other items inside.
I keep my keys in my pocket rather than the bag, so instead I can put 2 X-Pro3 camera batteries there. Perfect fit. 🙂

You are right.10L is better if you need to put your camera in it.
Which color do you think is the best, is it suitable for storing cosmetics?
Yes. I use mine as a diaper bag for quick trips. I have put cosmetics inside and it can hold a lot
How water resistant is the bag itself? I know the zippers are waterproof but what about the bag?
i havent used it in a heavy rainfall yet so cant say... but light rain is no problem!
Do you feel like this is a good bag to use as an everyday carry sling?
I have it, yes, great for edc, but may want to get the Lite 7L version if you don’t have a lot of stuff to carry.

It fits well if the iPad has the smart folio on it. But with Magic Keyboard, it still worked well but was a bit tight with the height.

I added 2 padded protection dividers I had available, and put my 2 small spare prime lenses in the internal pouches.

Potentially carrying heavier bodies or lenses could the plastic portion of the sling break ? I’m concerned about that.

No. It doesn’t even fit a 10.2 “ whereas the peak design 6L does.
