This is a short trailer documenting my trip back to Hammersmith Police Station to update on my Settlement Pay-Out.
I thought it would be simple but I didn't allow for an incident where a Police Driver drove his Vehicle at me.. Well I didn't know that the Police are Not taking reports of crimes anymore. It seems that All crimes are to be taken by civilian Police Staff at counters, the telephone or online.
So what you are about to see is how Arrogant this Police Sergeant is when he approaches me to Ask if I am 'Ok'...
I have also included the behaviours of two PCSO's who were totally out of their depth and in my opinion the Female PCSO is a disgrace and needs to be disciplined Immediately.

Most peculiar. He won't accept a complaint because he's dealing with horses yet he can spend ages arguing with the auditor and spouting all sorts of rubbish.

Check the clear up rates, they’re bad enough but they’ve stopped recoding what they fail to solve. Except in Manchester in order to get out of Special measures they made up crimes to write up then solve. (Except the excessive strip searches those they hid).

God help us..more and more audits show the total lack of interest in taking crime reports by the Force..worryingly how many people dont bother with this awful service..thanks for highlighting Yardley

Here we have a Sargent refusing to take a crime report, over stepping perceived authority, threat to use unlawful section to obtain details, pcso failing to record a crime and admitting on the public record he has no experience on such, you must act immediately to investigate , theses officers failed to conduct there duty as officers and the breaches of police policy, conduct and ethics , the uk public will not tolerate this abuse

This is 2024, we have no need for police on horseback. Its a waste of money and also not nice doe horses. Look at how much money the police in mainland uk would save on horses and the vehicles, food, protective clothing loads of stuff to add. Imagine that money being used properly and helping improve police.

It seems to me there is a very clear policy from the police not to take complaints face to face, they always say ring 101 it go to the front desk. This is dispite the fact this is the very reason they are taking tax payers money to do.

5 months in and hes never experienced someone reporting a crime to him what has he been doing for 5 months
What are the police service for if you cant report a crime or an offence when there's one standing right in front of you why does it have to be done either remotely or go to the front office (even though so many of them seem to be closing down)

It's like there were 2 people standing 2 feet from each other, having 2 separate conversations.
Given that he was working as a police sergeant and Yardley was a member of the public, the onus was on the sergeant to listen and respond appropriately instead of staying on transmit all the time.
The attempt to use Section 50 was a clear Section 26 offence. Yardley's behaviour was a million miles below the anti-social threshold.
It really is way past time that Section 50 was thrown out. As it's used - unlawfully - as a go to by the Thin Blue Line Gang when they want to bully and intimidate Joe Public.
The Sgt is with the mounted branch because he has difficulty dealing with the Public due to his arrogance. Horses never answer back.

Matters pertaining to crime or a criminal offence takes precedence over all non criminal activities Sgt, or is it because the offender is a cop, so you're not interested in doing your job.
