I like how Steve walks up, looks at a lot of concert posters, and coolly says, "Looks like a lot of concert posters". Now THAT'S how you know he's an expert.

These guys really should say what they are placing value on. If the guys were saying 3500 for the signature and 3500 for the poster itself could have been a lot different
He "kind of" did, but in a way to confuse the seller, and get Corey a better deal. He guaranteed made his original asking price. The Double Trouble is worth 10k on its own.

Now that you have it authenticated, sell it yourself online. Cut out the middle man and double your money. That is unless like most pawn store customers, you have a current desperate need for cash.
It's Vegas, they are counting on someone being desperate for cash. He was smart, and got multiple estimates, and let them fight over it.

Sometimes I feel like the sellers want to unburden themselves. They have shown their treasures to anyone who would listen and their story makes them stale to friends and family.
