  • Why don't the rear wheels turn on your 2000-2003 Ford F150?
The friction material may have separated from the parking brake shoes. Despite these trucks having four-wheel disc brakes, they use brake shoes within the rear brake rotors for the parking brake.
Even if your rear wheels turn, there may be much drag if the linings are rubbing the rotor, thereby reducing fuel economy and power.
