You want to imitate a close grip bench press, you would never lockout on a close grip bench because you want to keep the constant tension on the tricep. Same thing goes for the machine dips. Stay huge brothas!!

Vitamin d3, omega 3's but stay away from omega 6 and 9. If you get enough protein you dont need a protein powder but if you do need a protein boost take a protein powder, and I suggest creatine

I run alot out side so I take one pill of the lowest dose but if you dont spend alot of time out side then one pill of the higher dose should be fine, and omega 3's I take three through out the day I prefer mine from samon oil but you can get it from cod liver oil or even flax seed oil
