59:16 Daytona hasn't used that logo since 2015. Since 2016, they re-did the styling on the flags to make it parallel and level with the wording and lettering of the track's name. Their track website page shows the current logo.

I see the exact same logo for Daytona International Speedway on their website, I do see a separate Daytona 500 logo but thats for the event and not the actual racetrack

well between the mid 1980s and mid 2010s daytona's logo had the flags at a diagonal angle and in 2016 they made them parallel and re-stylized them
if you go to the iracing website and then click on tracks in the cars and tracks drop-down menu if u scroll down a bit u will see the daytona logo change im talking bout
