Extremely nice version, even though I don't like the Hammond sound that much, a pleasure to listen to 👏🏻

Such beautifully crafted lines Max, you have so much tradition mixed with hip modern sounding lines.

Found this lovely tune by Silver on a play-along. Started playing with my combo. Great to hear this version of Max.

    Thanks for the music, Gentleman.
Az a learning and performing jazz musician, it's very inspirational, motivating and reliefing to hear so tasteful and actually fairly tradition-based jazz music and there are not many out there who do it so well.
    All the best!

Hello Max from Nova Scotia Canada .... I've been following you for a couple of years now ... You just get more and more enjoyable to listen to as time goes by ... I mean ... You were great from the beginning but of course everyone develops over time .... To me you are one of the very few sax players with the perfect combination of tone, chops, melodic development and harmonic knowledge who knows how to wisely combine all these talents in the presentation of a musical piece ... You have a high regard for jazz and respect each and every song as to how it should be treated. I am so so tired of sax players who use each and every bar of every song no matter it's context to insert as many soulless notes and meaningless chord substitutions as they can ... It's all show and no substance ... And I can't listen more than a few minutes ... However when you play you take us on a wonderful journey ... Lots of nice motifs and rythmic patterns that tickle the ear and captivate us ... And you are capable at any time of course of blistering runs and amazing lines ... But always at the proper time and place ... I hope I get a chance to hear you live someday ... That would be a musical dream .... You are a very important tenor player stylistically ... You are bringing back a large audience that has been abandoned by the modern artists ..... I believe there was a golden era of this type of music that will never be repeated ... So there is absolutely nothing wrong with focusing on this era. Phil Woods called it "The Great American Songbook" I beilieve ... It offers endless material and interpretative possibilities ..... Most of which have not even been heard and explored to any depth .... Anyway ... Just my opinion .... Best of luck in your amazing journey .... You have made so many people happy .. Always remember that my friend ....
