A UA-camr is not an approved Journalist. You said it correct, "if a big time Journalist". A big time Journalist would have obtained permission from the proper authorities. Back in the early 2000’s under the Manning administration they gave out contracts to small contractors within these communities to paint also renovate their own buildings and surroundings to create short term employment..do you know what they did with that money ?!!🤦♂️ 🤦♂️🤦♂️ They bought guns and drugs going to war with each other,killing each other over contracts and other nonsense,many ppl got checks. and never even lift a paint brush..
