We’ve had an Activa 7345s from new in 2014. It has been super reliable, simple to operate gives a good sample and has a decent output. I’m sure it will serve you well.
You will be on top of the job with that bigger combine Rob, plus you have a good dealership around you which makes a big difference. It's good to see you've caught up with your drilling look forward to the next video.
Pleased to see you back on the channel. “An old head on young shoulders”. Your the future of British Farming. That app is a great aide memoir for you to double check what your applications are. Prefer New Holland to Massey, but a 20’ cut vs 15’ cut is a no brainier, you will notice a massive difference during harvest. It will keep you busy running the trailers. Keep British Farmers Farming. 🇬🇧🚜👍
cracking video Rob 👍 some of those fields have started to come though nice and also nice tidy looking combine you have got now be looking forward to your next harvest videos and see it working
Hi Rob, I know a farming that for the last 30 years they have always had a Newholland combine but all Massey Ferguson tractors . So you can mix brands. Good luck with your new to you Combine. 😊
Nice to see you back, Rob, and i'm pleased to see you've managed to change the combine. I hope you have good luck with it. It's also nice to see you haven't let the Budget get you down. Great video.
I have been using an old two leg subsoiler behind my 1986 Ford 4110 4wd to make planting slits for willow cuttings. I supply willow branches to a Zoo for the Giraffes to browse on.😊
Alright there Rob. 83Ha winter wheat drilled, only another 200Ha to go. Nice little combine you've got yourself there, it may be the 'wrong' colour but I'm sure it will serve you well.
Cracking purchase rob. Has long as it’s right for you then it’s the right decision. You will cover the ground in less days too. Great videos keep them coming
Rob I have just had to pick myself up off the floor, never thought I would see red on the farm. To be honest it looks a very clean well looked after machine and it has found a new home where the same care will be taken with it. Just wondering has dad polished it yet 🤔😝 Looks like a bit more shed building is required fella 🤦🏼
Great to see you rob, combine looks lovely, hope she does you well, your need a bit more land now!! Dont no why their not popular the old ones certainly were but im sure dad will love it.
We had one. We were very pleased just out grow it miss it, good sample and doesn't bash the starw up to much really over 8 years was very reliable I think we had a few bearing go that's life replaced with skf but was serviced every year. Did find when chopping and unloading the power soon went but again that's life no difference to the claas combines
cant wait to see the combine working ,, cant be wrong . We totally aggree about putting better qwality vids out rather then lots of them . Its quite a bit of work to keep putting the vids out . Keep safe and hope to come for that beer soon thanks
Phew Rob you've had me worried again mate glad you and dad got your new machine hope she serves you well I'm sure it will pity its not yellow mate you know I'm a New Holland nut mate. Very interesting video as usual yours and Dove farms are the best on you tube never miss and watch them and earlier ones while I'm having my chemo treatment. All the best to you and the family and Spud of course please keep 'em coming mate .I'm in Peterborough Rob always keep me eye out when I'm over your way hope one day to see you.
Hi Rob. It may help your understanding regarding the impact of the budget, to have a look at the UA-cam video done by Richard J Murphy (economist & accountant) who suggests that "inheritance tax charges are really good for real farmers". I think his stance should be taken up and presented to government as other farmers have pointed out that farmers are getting the same price for some farm produce as they did 30 years ago! Richard identifies the real issues for farmers which is not IHT. IHT and the removal of APR relief have merely drawn out what are the deeper problems. With best wishes, Andrew (grandson of a mixed farmer from Yorkshire, who learnt when he was a teenager that 'hard work' on the farm is immensely satisfying) p.s. Great also to see such attention to detail in how you undertake your work and how you look after your machinery/equipment so carefully. Reminded me of this verse: "The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, Whether he eats little or much; But the abundance of the rich will not permit him to sleep." (Ecclesiastes 5.12)
Hiya,Rob lovely looking combine hope it does you well thinnk it will .could always spray it yellow 😊 . I totally agree with your videos sooner have a interesting one than lots of boring ones. And your right fed up with the budget . And besides every farm is different. I find a lot of farming channels are all coping each other and it's so boring . Me and my bro would love to pop over for a nose. And buy a bag of spuds of you. Over the winter .
Cool 😎 MF was my favourite combine when I was young with model farming toys 😜 ACTIVA? Does it need a yogurt for digestion 😂 😂😂 Gonna be a colourful next harvest 🎉
Those bag stitchers are a real pain, also I'm retired but a countryman and try to keep myself busy still !

I didn't know Pecks have lost the New Holland dealership? Any idea why as they seem to shift a lot of kit.
